Hey fellas so I've been hanging every night btc since they target the ligs & is apparently where quicker gains will come from but what I've found is I can't really feel much other than the burn from the hanger pulling down except when I take it off & stand up I can feel a bit of an ache in my lower abs I'm assuming thats a good sign? I just noticed though that when I'm hanging sd standing up I can really feel the stress across my whole shaft ALOT more just wondering if I should change the angle to sd or just keep at btc? Thanks in advance everyone for taking the time to answer

Well both BTC and SD target the tunica, but BTC targets it better, yes. Another thing about BTC is that if you do have not already stretched your skin- it is true that there would be discomfort stretching the skin and the stress of, lets say, 10 lbs is divided equally into the skin and the ligaments. The stress you put on your ligaments then would be 5 lbs of force. SD on the other hand does not stretch the skin as much and does not split the stretching intensity as much. So, either stretch your skin good and start doing the BTC or just go for SD. Worry not, SD is a great angle as well! Do as you wish, but either stretch the skin so you can hang BTC or hang SD. :)

BTC is going to be the fastest way to stretch the ligaments and give good tunica stretch but it is also important to hit all the other angles just in case there are gains laying in wait there. You do not have to do this in hanging unless you want. It would be a quicker routine to do all your hanging BTC and then attack the various other angles through basic stretching. The tunica is stretched with the most intensity through straight up stretching so if you plan on hanging for this I suggest you get in some sets of OTS hanging, this will exclusively target your Tunica.

Ok I'll stick with btc for now then I guess, thanks for the advice guys

Never a problem Brother!

I have over a year of hanging experience (I started a while back and had to stop, then restarted recently), and I have only hung BTC and SD. My advice when it comes to hanging is this: DO WHAT IS MOST COMFORTABLE. BTC and SD, as DLD said, both basically target the ligaments, so it really doesn't matter too much which one you do. The important thing is that you go with one of two approaches, either do a minimum of ten hours a week or else focus on hardcore hanging, but either way you need to focus on your own comfort. If you want to do the ten hours a week it is best to be comfortable because that is a lot of time. What I personally do is lay down flat on my bed and hang the weight SD over the edge of the bed. If you instead want to do hardcore hanging, which is heavy weights for only one or two 20 minute sets a day, you still need to find what is most comfortable.

If you aren't feeling too much stretch in your ligs, it could either be because you aren't using enough weight to feel the stretch or your penis is personally tougher and able to handle more weight than the average guy. In either case, just because you only feel skin stretch this doesn't mean you aren't gaining, because you very well could be.

IMO, choose either SD or BTC, whichever is most comfortable, then continue to do that until you go at least 3 months with no gains. When that happens transition to hanging over the shoulder, OTS, or any other higher angle to target the tunica more. Generally, depending on your penis, you should be hanging BTC or SD for a good amount of time, like a minimum of a year. That doesn't mean that you should do it even if you see no gains, but generally most people need to stick to it for that long.

Right now I'm hitting around 8hrs hang time per week using the riding the fatigue method I do a set at 7kg then drop to 5kg then drop to 2.5kg for the final 2 sets, by the time I'm at the last set that 2.5kg feels like 100kg & im counting down the minutes to get it off so I'm definetely hitting fatigue I'm also doing 15mins per day in the hydromax, I'm really hoping to get measurable gains within 3 months because that's the timeframe I told my wife I'd dedicate to this before I conclude it doesn't really work but if I even get a cm I'll know it works at least for me & I'll continue even though my wife thinks it's sili, she didn't even know a girl could be bottomed out until I told her yesterday so now my aim is to give her first hand experience that it does happen lol

Oh and I forg to mention I als wear a vacads with a leg strap for a couple of hours after hanging to so if you include that into the overall time I'm getting over 20hrs

Sounds like you have a great routine going. Keep at it and you will definitely see results. The amount of gains you see will just depend on you as an individual, in three months you might gain .5 cm or you might gain 2.5 cm, who knows.

The main point I am making though is that you have a solid routine right now, but the only issue you will face is if you can keep it up for the long term, which is the main issue.

Yeah I hear ya, I'm not expecting miracles just something so I can say for sure it works I shouldn't have any issues sticking with it though I'm a patient man I'll soon be rivalling dld haha jokes my wife would ditch my ass if I got that big

My girl ditched me once I became big. I think the perfect size is 8 x 6, I may have went too far for my girl.

From my experience with hanging, if you hang long enough, 'where' you feel the stretch tends to change over time. The new guy to hanging usually feels skin stretch first. Usually in the pubic area and base of the penis. Lots of 'burning' in the skin can be felt during this phase. This is often a concerning issue for some men. They fear (for whatever reason) getting "too much" slack skin or somehow that they may uncircumcise themselves if they are circumcised. Neither is a valid concern. You will get extra skin from hanging, but you need that skin to make your penis longer. Fat men in little coats look funny, right? Your penis needs new room. After you stretch some skin, the next area a guy feels the stretch is often in the 'base', or ligaments attaching the penis to the pubic bone. Many men like myself get a good lig stretch from straight down (SD) or between the cheeks (BTC) hanging. Some men for whatever the reason have to hang in upward angles to feel a stretch from hanging. The approach, or angle you "should" use is basically up to what is comfortable and practical for you. Are you hanging with double digit weights and still never feeling a stretch even the next day after have hung? You may need to switch angles and/or move up in weight. Another key to length gains continuing over time, is to never forget it's a constant uphill battle. You have to keep forcing your penis into new adaptation with more and more weight/resistance. The weight lifters out there usually understand this analogy better than the non weight lifters. You can't keep expecting your (for example) arms to keep growing larger if you never force them to lift heavier weights. Every time the old weights become easy, you add more. Very similar although not identical concepts with weight hanging.

When the weight level you are using no longer gives you the same stretch, it's time to move up again. I usually encourage men to move up by 1-2lbs every 1-2 weeks as needed. Google "Progressive Hanging" if you want to read more deeply into my philosophy on weight hanging.

Good advice from one of the masters of hanging!

I personally started with SD angle and going to maximize that angle and then move to BTC angle.

Well once SD is tapped out the only other place to go is BTC and BTC really has no limit on stretch potential...as things lose intensity you simply stretch further up the back.
