So many times before has been written about the infamous tunica, but how important is to perform that exercise in order to obtain gains...

Im a bit stagnat and i had this ""fantastic idea"" of gaining one inch in one month,im going to measure in june 18,but id like to know if the tunica plays an important role here..

i think i have the answer myself yeah breaking it is important and is key,but id like to receive feed back from the bros here... thanks

Let's hear your fantastic idea to break the tunica and gaining an inch in one month :)

The Tunica is a tough guy, but every tough guy has a weakness, the Tunica is not tough enough to resist Bundled Stretches.

yep 5 mins of torture everyday n that tunica will give in

But how to do bundled stretches without making your scrotum walk up the shaft? If you twist it, it is really easy to get the scrotum skin in the twist, since this stretch really takes the whole skin with it.

I would be surprised if you didn't gain anything. 1 month isnt very long though

This will in no way increase TN, it is virtually impossible once the penis is twisted.

i had the same tought that maybe that stretch would increase the TN,but once the penis is completely bundled, the sack skin cant move....:O?:(

Exactly, simple physics!

I believe you know better now not to set short term goals. I can only measure by 9th of July. That's a 6 months period.

I disagree with this statement. In my opinion, you should take a BPFSL measurement once a month to see if you're making progress. The best way to know how your tissues are responding to your current workout/intensity levels, is to actually measure often. Now, that does not mean that you will measure a gain every month. However, I would argue that if you have not measured any gains in 6-8 weeks of consistent, hard work - not even 1/16th of an inch - then you must modify your routine. Would you rather find out your routine is poor in 6 weeks time and make the necessary changes, or waste an additional 4.5 months with your fingers crossed?

There is no way you will do a solid routine without seeing gains in 3 months. I go by what I see. I've already made gains but I'm not measuring till 6 months.

I think this is the best method, that is: To have a long time between messurement points. It keeps you disciplined and away from depression.

You trust the process more, when you do not messure all the time. I have not messure gains jet at BPEL. But I see there is a difference.
