I think this is the best method, that is: To have a long time between messurement points. It keeps you disciplined and away from depression.

You trust the process more, when you do not messure all the time. I have not messure gains jet at BPEL. But I see there is a difference.

Let that difference that you are seeing serve as motivation to keep you going until You complete 6 months. If you feel the routine is not intense enough, change it every 3 months.

Okey, thanks. I will follow your advice.

There is no way you will do a solid routine without seeing gains in 3 months. I go by what I see. I've already made gains but I'm not measuring till 6 months.
How do you know that? Many guys have reported not seeing gains for much, much longer. They are either not using enough intensity, or they need to do longer sessions to see results. In other words, what they were doing initially to get those newbie gains is not profitable for them anymore. The only way to know for certain that you are profiting from your routine is to use a ruler. You said with a solid routine, you should see gains in 3 months. Then why wait 6? Or, why not measure once a year? Maybe this is your preferred way of doing things, as you have a lot of experience and know what to expect from your body, but I think it is bad advice to tell guys who are less experienced to only measure twice a year. You need to know how your body is responding to what you are doing, and to make adjustments sooner rather than later, in order to be efficient and avoid wasting time and effort.

Newbies can measure once every 3 months if they like. But for me, I say 6 months is better because, the routine will be changing every 90 days.

Those people you are talking about who didn't see enough gains were doing a weak routine.

Some people want to see 1 inch in 3 months and by the time they don't see gains that is up to 1 inch in 3 months, they stop PE.

So measuring every 6 months is still best.

Well, I guess we can just agree to disagree. For me, six months is way too long. It is encouraging to know that I am on the right track after measuring a smaller gain in a shorter time frame, as opposed to rolling the dice and hoping for the best. I never understood guys who have this phobia of measuring. You are either gaining, or you are not. If not, then fix it. It really is that simple. I do not see the need to "delay" such information, and I will never understand guys who think this way. Is it insecurity? I really don't understand it. Whatever.

Do what pleases you brother. I've made 2.25 inches gains already with the length master. I went from 6 inches to 8.25 inches. I can no longer measure every 3 months. The more gains you make, the tougher it gets to make more gains.

So for me, measuring once in 6 months is best.

I want to be supprised at 6-8 month mark.
I think it's just that for me. Also listening to the story that @DLD have told us, about his gains. You feel the motivation to do something similar. I think this video is extremely motivating to watch.

(I hope you are okey @DLD, with me posting this video on here?).

You see something is happening but you do not know exactly how much is happening?, and then you get the reward when you finally messure.

But I understand your point also @Grandmaster.
To know what you are doing is going to work (going in the right direction)?, is also important.
But I feel like as long as I do a program, that is validated by the legends here on MOS. I should see results at the 6-8 month mark. So I trust that process fully.

Well, then the difference between you and I is that I would rather know sooner. I would not feel comfortable measuring every 6-8 months. I understand that the more you gain, the longer it takes to gain. When I was hanging (way after making newbie gains), I worked up to two hours per day and gained absolutely nothing for three months. When I kicked it up to four hours per day, I gained 1/2 inch in EL in 2 months. So, my problem was that I needed more time under traction, and the reason I changed my routine is because rulers don't lie. They always tell the truth. Had I not measured often, and took your advice of measuring every 6-8 months, I would have wasted another 3-5 months gaining fuck all. THAT would have discouraged me more than anything. But you do you. I just have a different opinion, that's all.

Maybe there is a difference between hanging and stretching? But I understand but you are saying.

Somewhat disappointed in myself, but I followed your advice. What I'm doing is working, I'm, BPEL: 5,4" now.
