Hi guys, does anyone know what the best topical vasodilator is ?

I've seen vein oil and leech oil but don't know if they are any good due to the lack of reviews.

i would like a vasodilator that keeps the penis pumped like a cock ring replacement, or even a vasodilator that keeps it hard for a few hours.

i don't want to do any injection bullsh*t. just safe topicals

Thanks DTM

I am in search of the same thing so I can get a better girth workout. I am actually waiting on my leech oil to come in so I will be reviewing it in due time.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Citrulline is an amino acid which is produced by the urea cycle and also a precursor for NO, that is, a vasodilator for normal function of pulmonary vasculature. Thereby, enhancing l-citrulline malate in patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension and those with congenital heart disease identified as Eisenmenger Syndrome results in reduction of pulmonary hypertension.

METHODS AND SUBJECTS: In this clinical trial before and after study, we assigned 25 patients with arterial pulmonary hypertension (idiopathic or Eisenmenger Syndrome) to receive l-citrulline malate 1g three times daily for two weeks. The primary measurement was the change in exercise capacity, as considered as a result of the total distance walked in six minutes, from baseline to week 2. We also assessed mean pulmonary artery pressure, the change in the quality of life, and the change in pro-brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level. The study was not powered to evaluate mortality.

RESULTS: The mean walking distance in six minutes was significantly increased by about 44m (p=0.005) after receiving l-citrulline malate. Mean pulmonary artery pressure significantly reduced from 83.34mmHg before receiving l-citrulline malate to 79.1mmHg after that (p=0.01). All dimensions of the quality of life had statistical differences after receiving l-citrulline malate except limit due to physical health, limit due to emotional health and social functioning (p>0.05). Finally, pro-BNP difference was not statistically significant (p=0.9).

CONCLUSION: l-Citrulline malate improves the distance walk in six minutes and also the quality of life of patients with idiopathic arterial pulmonary hypertension and Eisenmenger Syndrome and also reduced mean arterial pulmonary hypertension.

Now I know this isn't something topically administered; the l-citrulline is taken orally. Hey, and did you guys know that Sildenafil Citrate (Viagra) was discovered after used originally for pulmonary hypertension as well? They accidentally stumbled upon the fact that Viagra used in a higher dose promotes degradation of cGMP, which regulates blood flow in the penis.

Awesome stuff. There was a news article from way back that suggested the fortuity of topically applied PDE-5 inhibitors may be the future of treatment for ED and all the benefits that go along with the drug class. Ah, here it is. http://health.usnews.com/health-new.../topical-cream-for-erectile-dysfunction-shows

Otherwise I'm not really sure, maybe leech oil like you suggested.

Ok Dan -

I may have found something.

Method #2 of how you can take Aspirin. (One of the most common vasodilators). The other most effective vasodilators are pretty much just prescribed drugs.

Rub It On

If you have joint pain, topical aspirin may be a good way to get relief without risking the stomach upset that sometimes comes from swallowing the pills. Plus, rubbing it on allows the medicine to be absorbed closer to the source of your pain and may provide faster relief.

To give this trick a go, try a topical aspirin cream – look for "salicylate" on the label. Creams and solutions containing salicylate have been shown to improve discomfort and dexterity in patients with joint pain, including in some people with rheumatoid arthritis. Patients using topical treatments reported that it kicked in faster and caused fewer side effects compared to those who took aspirin orally.

Might be something to give a shot. Could apply to P.E. :)

its worth a shot but i don't think aspirin is something that can be used on a regular basis as in daily.

Aren't NSAIDs pretty much anti-growth? With my PRP treatment I know that NSAIDs are prohibited for several weeks before/after due to their counteracting the healing.

PRP treatment is just a temp good feeling, nothing more. NSAIDs probably just combat PRP's minimal effect.

Aspirin can most definitely be taken daily. It's an anticoagulant. I take 1 baby aspiring daily. 4 can be used for someone having a heart attack. Actually my friend's Dad went into cardiac arrest and his wife gave him 4 aspirin that saved his life before the ambulance came.

i May look for a topical aspirin gel in that case, i was looking into varicose veins and they basically require vasodilators so I'm currently trying to find a topical cream that treats varicose veins.

If any of you know of any please post it here

Would a daily aspirin help reduce varicose veins?

Taking a baby Aspirin daily has many benefits. Whether it will completely prevent varicose veins I have no idea. I don't imagine why it would hurt to try though.

I don't know if this will help you but I make a cream with l-arginine and I use at about 15 to 20 % strength.
There are also some diabetic foot creams that have that in it.
I use common workout l-arginine powder and mix it up into the cream.

I've got l-arginine liquid, you think i should rub it on my penis? does that cause increased blood flow to the applied area?

The leech oil Red recommended is sweet. I doubted it but ... I have been using it for like a couple weeks and my cock gets pretty veiny and looks thicker. I recommend it. Now i have used it alone with PE so I dont know how it will react with PE but I bet it will be good.

What about EQ improvement?

Best it has been in a long time ... Give me a couple days and I will make sure it isn't just because I hadn't done PE for a while (since I am back to PE now) ... but the veins are definitely not for not doing PE for awhile.

sounds promising. where did you order and how much does it cost?
