I need to know what the best protien is. i am currently only consuming about 1800 caloriues a day to lose weight and working out and doing 30 minutes a day cardio. I was wondering what I shoud take I have been taking Muscletech but wanted to know what the best is and if I shoud take a mass gainer for the calories. i was looking at BSN true mass but wanted all of you guys thoughts first. Thanks
 
I think its best manufacturer names and brands stay out of this thread and rather one concentrates on the TYPenis Enlargement of protein. I always liked, rate highly from results egg protein, milk protein and obviously proteins from meats. Dessicated beef liver is fantastic aswell. Egg powder can be purchased cheaply by various supplement companies as a protein powder and the liver caps are also around.

Protein that works best for the human body to be taken up into the system and used is stuff that is more natural then manufactured, so think that when you decide which to go for. I suggest stay well clear of the fancy bullshit brands around the industry claiming alsorts of shit and having sports people especially bloated bodybuilders endorsing a product. Usually the tried and tested old school stuff is the best but not necessarily the one that sells the most as it looks and sounds boring but who gives a shit if it works so well.

Whey Protein is a good one but many get sucked in with the QUALITY such as 80% and 90% .. truth be told from studies I have seen it makes no difference in quality of protein, its the amount of it that can be digested and used in that particular sitting that is important, which is why the protein should be organic such as eggs and liver.
 
Thanks RED, I have always wondered about all that big name stuff. i heard that they are the ones that actually own the muscle magazines where you see all the ads. Where can i find the egg powder and the liver caps that you are talking about? I want the best stuff for my body as I have had a kidney transplant and take a lot of medicines for that and I can only take so much protien a day. i talked to my nephrologist and he said for me to stay at arounf 180 or so a day.
 
Yes its best to learn about it all and be safe as-well. We have a thread HERE that has various supplement suppliers incl ones that just deal in no thrills stuff that doesn't have all the fancy crap added to it. If your in the IS and want the old school style then http://www.vincegironda-nsp.com/ is really good. Vince Gironda an old time bodybuilder and more famously a trainer of the stars and winners in the BB field back during the 50's-70's and later. Deceased now but his legacy lasts. Checkout his products, they sell protein the old way. The guy who runs it now was a friend of Vince's and is very helpful.

Hope that all helps. You can chat to him if you like about the kidney issue because he is well versed in that area and no full of shit, has no hidden agenda either.

Vince Gironda is the man! Love his fitness stuff. He was a hard-ass, but he'll blast your behind in shape. I always like isolate for post-workout along with banana. Healthy enough spike.

I consume my own cum and have done for many years no joke. See nothing wrong with it and never bothers me and infact I know from the taste or texture if something is wrong with me i.e run down, fatigued, stressed. I think a good chef needs to taste his own food before its served to the customer :) customer in many cases being a womens hungry mouth! or in some cases another mans hungry hole.
 
SO you lose 1800 Calories a day so, is this not so much, by these you will be lean just in days, Why you do so. Our body needs is per according to our age and weight.

If you're trying to lose weight why are you thinking of taking a mass gainer? You should be reducing your calories not increasing them. Protein is the last thing you should worry about on a weight loss diet, concentrate on eating healthy clean carbs and reduce your fat and sugar content, less meat, less dairy, they all contain loads of calories, calories are your enemy when trying to lose weight.
 
Human meat is delicious and will give you lots of protein:)

But to get to the heart of the matter:
for someone getting 30 grams of some piss quality grain as their only protein source, quality matters.

When an athlete is eating 1.5 g/lb or more of high quality (read: animal source) proteins per day, it really doesn’t.

When you're consuming adequate quantities of whole(animal) proteins, it really doesn't matter if it's fish/chicken/dairy pork or beef.


1. Get adequate quantities
2. Get some variety
3. The rest doesn't really matter.
