Gonna experiment with this alot. No girth work until these experiments are over.

15 minutes of length master stretches to loosen up the ligs. This will be followed by an hour of hanging with 15 lbs. This will be followed by a full hour in an extender. Repeat 2-3x per day.

yep. Focused solely on length. LM to warm up the ligs, hanger to stretch the shit out of them and extender to keep them in the stretched state
 
DLD blasters w/A stretch and dual fulcrum and rotaries.
 
Length focused routine that is best would be one that included the three components of length gaining.

1. Ligamental Elongation
2. Tunica Expansion
3. Expressive

These 3 can be covered by a wide variety of exercises but a good example could be:

Ligamental: DLD Blasters, Rotary Stretches, Behind the Cheeks, Basic Stretching
Tunica: Long periods in the SizeGenetics, Lazy Ass Stretches for long periods, hanging light weight for long periods
Expressive: DLD Bathmate Hardcore Stretches, Low grip shaft stretching, PowerAssist or LengthMaster loop stretching.

These are just a few of the exercises that could fit into these slots and make it a incredible length gaining routine.

In tunica gains it should be mentioned that girth work is very effective with tunica stretching which translates to length gains.
