Yes :) Not just for the penis, but for the mind as well.

Well the it wont happen to me syndrome" is something most people believes in..Hope that guy feels better now because a PE injury can be a fucking nightmare no doubt..

An inverse to this is men who are so crippled with dissatisfaction they think "if only I had a bit more size all of my problems would be resolved."

This applies to penis size, money, others' opinions, etc.- as long as you set them as the standard for your happiness, you'll be bound by them. Surely there are many example of those who appear to "have everything" yet are miserable.

sad but true. an exercise that helps is to take a moment and be thankful...truly thankful for whatever inspired you to have that feeling.

An extra inch, could solve it all well that could be partially true, but theres something more, more gains, more money etc etc...in my case id like to get to a desired size dont know how long itd take..But yeah anxiaty, frustration, sadness, desperation, are the feelings tht arise when i think about my penis size..

Exactly; while gains can happen and you might (can!) reach a certain number in PE gains, it won't solve all your problems. This holds true with other exercises as well, I think.
For example, one can lose a lot of weight, look a lot healthier but life might remain somewhat same; goals are good and achiving them is even better, but it won't magically turn your life around.
Mainly it can give you the will-power (or stamina, choose a better word ;) ) to go for more change as long as you're willing to grasp the idea of it.

Sometimes having less and being truly thankful for it makes people happy. At times having a lot, I think, can make a person subconsciously feel bad for having so much, therefore making one feel miserable.

lol,,,,,I spent more time in the hospital with a huge cock than I ever did with a average one.

In my case im just below in certain things..thats why i try to compensate the things i cant get whit PE,and i have hust realized that is not a good idea at all..

Time runs slow when we have goals just want to get them asap. But the reality is that things dont work that way...Should continue whit my journey..:)

This is a most helpful and beneficent exercise.

Those emotions always stem from something deeper than those superficial constructs you mentioned. Very much like a disease, adding extra size might resolve a symptom, but the illness remains- and usually expresses itself in another fashion.

Realization is an important step in the process.

I think it's important (especially for newcomers like myself) to read something like this. It will give a "healthy" mindset to start the PE journey. I read this shortly before I officially joined the site and think it's helpful for guys getting started.

It's VERY important to remember a few things before you consider starting any male enhancement program.

If you're suffering from serious depression or anxiety, it would be in your best interests to take care of this issue first! Male enhancement exercises are NOT a substitute for good mental hygiene. Beginning any male enhancement training under a severely stressed mindset often adds to the problem. Problems obtaining good EQ (Erection Quality- a combined measure of stamina and hardness), a desire to rush things, and desperation are a poor starting point!

There is no such thing as a 100% risk free exercise. Anytime you train-whether it's jogging, weight training, or penis enlargement, the risk of injury is present. You can best minimize your risk of injury by making sure to ease into training carefully and by respecting the movements being performed.

It's HIGHLY recommended you first get a medical check up and seek your physician's approval before you begin this or any other new physical training and/or supplementation regimen! Getting regular medical check ups throughout the course of your training is also recommended and always in your best interests.

Should you decide undertake these exercises you agree do so at your own risk, sole responsibility, and of your own free will with full understanding of the above.

For those of you who have manageable stress/anxiety it would be better for you to focus on stamina training first. This applies if your mindset is good but your EQ is poor. Not only is EQ improved and a foundation created with this tactic, but the visualization portion of stamina training helps develop a better emotional backdrop for future productive enlargement training.

If your EQ and mindset are good then this would be the optimal state to begin a full routine. Once you're cleared to train, ALWAYS begin using light intensity and volume. For jelqing and stretching type movements begin with less intensity than you'd ordinarily use to masturbate. For kegel type movements use only enough contractile force as needed to accomplish your reps. You should come away from your initial sessions refreshed- not exhausted. As your conditioning and body awareness improves you can add intensity in a prudent manner. This same advice applies if you've trained before but have taken a long break.

The more intense methods are potentially more injurious. They should be used only after reaching advanced levels of conditioning. Even then, you should still always err on the side of caution with the degree of force, pressure, and volume used.

While much of the above recommendations have been mentioned on this forum elsewhere it's hoped this consolidated post proves helpful.

This is another very good thread. This applies most of the time to girth work. You can quickly mess up your girth session, if you are stressed or in some sort of anxiety.
