so stopped using the bathmate for over 1 month, and that was stupid, but didnt have time for it >
so gonner start up again - and i do what i normal does, 3 reps with 5 min each rep.
Monday-Thuesday-Wednesday-thursday-friday
so here is the question is it good to do bathmate every second day and then do some stretches the other days? like Bathmate-stretch-bathmate-stretch-bathmate and so on and on each day of the week? that will be about 30 min each day i do bathmate or stretches
wil that work or is it bad?
