Straightening a curve can be tackled in many ways but some of the most popular and effective are:
BathMate Pumping helps but an even greater method associated with this is using a tighter tube to force the penis into a straight position while pumping. For instance someone who uses an X40 may revert to a Hercules for pumping for straightness.

I typically just use the coldest setting on the bathtub, and I find by set 3, it's not so shocking, but the expansion is awesome, the fluid buildup is minimal, especially if you kegel while doing the 5x3, or 5x5 sets, whatever you do. Just a really great way to give a lot of expansion that sticks around for the whole rest of the day
