so stopped using the bathmate for over 1 month, and that was stupid, but didnt have time for it >:(

so gonner start up again - and i do what i normal does, 3 reps with 5 min each rep.
Monday-Thuesday-Wednesday-thursday-friday
so here is the question is it good to do bathmate every second day and then do some stretches the other days? like Bathmate-stretch-bathmate-stretch-bathmate and so on and on each day of the week? that will be about 30 min each day i do bathmate or stretches

wil that work or is it bad?

Thats a good place to start especially if you do not have a ton of time to dedicate to PE. Plus doing girth and length on separate days will not only save time but allow you to put much more focus into what you are doing. Be sure to follow the guidelines in SRT as far as BathMate usage goes, it will bring the fastest gains.
 
I have a similar question BM hardcore stretches n Lm newbie strtechings how good are they ..:p

As far as expressing internal penis there is nothing that compares. With the LengthMaster the position would need to be a low grip, close to the base.

yesterday i had this ¨measurement¨ n i was not even 7 NBPEL what the hell lol.I have taken a few breaks throughout the year evenso i deserve something better i believe LMAO?:(

Don't ejaculate for about 4 days, watch a very hot ���� at night and measure. As for me, there will be no measurement except with the eyes.

:) OK had a LM yesterday n having one today ..... not using the Bm today,n fucking yeah getting fucking big everyday we are not supposed to stop gaining are we

i gonner be honest with you "doublelongdaddy" i dont really have to cash to spend on all those fancy stuff like pills or other stuff xD
all i got is the Bathmate and Sizegenetics extender.
can you show me the best guide/plan to use those + some exercises for fastest gains?
im not really what you can call a good reader, (in fact i hate to read...) the SRT sounds great, but i "dont" understand it at all O,o
its to complicated... fast and short works best for me ;)

Do you want me to hold your dick when you take a pee too? Come on my Brother, read SRT and you will see that there is no need for pills and as it is written you can do everything with what you already have. Do the reading!

I used to have this problem back in 2013. I refused to read the SRT. My brother, wake up early in the morning and first thing, just open the SRT and read it before talking to anyone.

i have read it a few times but i only followed the stretchings,n the jelqs i think i spent like 6 months doing the strtechings n jelquins lol:)

I see this in many men who just don't take the time to read the article. SRT, even if you are new, will give direction to the fastest possible gains through smart training and healing. Shit, it is only a 10 m,minute read (unless you read the entire thread) but the education will last a lifetime.

2 questions:

1) from what i hear and read in some post, you do the same stretches over and over again, it stop working after a while and wont gain anymore.. is that really true?

2) and on the bathmate, is it possible to get one of those pumps - just the pump, so you can use the bathmate even if you got no shower/bath close to you?

1. Yes the penis acclimates to exercises, and begins to resist so you should change it up once in a while.

It is smart to do 3 month assessments of gains vs. exercises/tools to see where you are at. If using SRT there can be shifts in certain training over others depending on where you might be struggling. PE is about continuos growth till goal size as long as the goal is realistic.
 
when using the bathmate, is it good to use ice water (or cold water)?
or its best to use hot?
kinda struggling with that question O,o
