This is not a thread for me to explain it I have so many questions and hopefully the answers will help other people who have so many questions.

1) Do you apply the Bathmate when flaccid, semi erect or fully erect? I have been doing it flaccid and wasn't sure if I was doing it right.

2) Have you pumped too much when you have lost a lot of water in the Bathmate? Sometimes I may be in the bath and pump to get the right pressure and by then the tip of my penis wasn't in water in the Bathmate.

3) Linked to question 2 - Are you still meant to have a lot of water in the Bathmate once you have received your ideal pressure?

4) Are you meant to pump to a bigger size for example my flaccid size is 4 inches in length should I pump my penis till it's about 5.5 - 6 inches in the Bathmate?

5) Should you always have shaved pubic hair?

6) Everybody's different but how long on average would you say it takes to see some gains?

Apply while erect for the most expansion possible. Fill it all the way with water and it will stay submerged until you release pressure. Pump as much as you can safely. Shave for the best seal. Expansion will come after the first use, but will not become your permanent size until you have consistently used the pump

Good idea, anyone who has questions about the BathMate can ask them here, it will be like a FAQ thread.

Maybe not going in fully erect until after 30 days to let your unit get used to the suction. I remember trying to pump as hard as I could after the second week and it was almost unbearable. Now after 90 days I'm looking for a way to increase the suction even more. Totally used to it now.

Hi everyone. I'm a beginner with this device and I want to know if it's normal if I a feel some pain as I tried to increase the pressure to a bigger state ? As a beginner I tought yes but I don't want to hurt myself. But when I get my dick out of the bathmate, the pain go away immediately.

Thanks for the advice if you have one.

Conditioning is really important so you get good expansion and not just fluid. I did 10-12 min sets for a few months before I ever did the full 15. Then I would do 16 min sets and so on... I do 20 minute sets now 1-2 times a day

Recovery time is important too because I think u grow the most when you are fully healed between workouts, but still try to get something in every day

It really depends on the pain, if it is soreness like dull ache it is normal and a good sign of a great workout. If it is sharp shooting pain you are doing something wrong and should stop.

gains are more when done erect.....but i always fill up water in the bathmate and then put my erect penis inside.....during this process..i loose some water...is that ok ???

its ok, just make sure when you pump the air bubbles are away from the valve and you are pumping out water so it works better.

That is what is supposed to happen, you are doing it just fine.

I've been using my X40 most mornings. What bothers me most is that I get a bruised-feeling soreness around the base where the cushion sits, which makes it hard to really get the best pump.

Is there any known difference between using warm water vs cool or cold? I take cold showers usually for various health benefits.

Is there any problem wearing a flexy cock ring DURING pumping? I usually put one on after - the flaccid-but-pumped feeling lasts most of the day, that way.

If I'm not getting any bruising or fluid retention, is there any problem with longer or more frequent sessions? The guide says no more than 20 min per day.

How do the measurements on the cylinder jive with other users BPEL? They don't seem to be even close, for me.

For many guys a Pump Sleeve help a lot with this. Check the sticky in the pumping forum.

I would try both for a week each and see if you notice a difference, a lot of PE is experimentation.

Some men do this most don't but I see no problem in trying it. Just be super aware of how things are looking and feeling throughout the session.

Then you can definitely go longer, again keep an eye on things to be sure you do not pass your max.

Close but not exact. Good gauge as you are pumping but nothing is as accurate as a ruler.
