When you all have "off" days (as in 2 days on...1 day off), are you totally hands-off to Penis Enlargement? For example, on an "off" day, do you totally leave yourself alone with absolutely no Penis Enlargement?

I have wondered about whether or not I would see any adverse affects if I did stretching every day. My stretches now include BlueWhale's __________ stretch, DLD Blasters, and a few general straight out, side to side, etc. stretching. I do it right before my jelqs for about 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes later that night.....2 days on...1 day off.

What about stretching on the "off" day, while taking the day off from jelqs and SSJ's?

Have any of you all had success stretching every day?

I take 0 days off..just wanted to mention it. And my progress is sick atm.
 
Opa, what kind of stretches are you doing now to make such killer gains? Do you keep a log on here that I can check out?

Jeff,you should not think about what works for others. Try it out yourself.
You may be a "less is more" kind of guy which indicates you grow very good from doing minimum Penis Enlargement and having 0 Penis Enlargement on rest days.

But You may also be a "More is more" kind of guy(Like Opa) who gain better with 0 rest days or a little Penis Enlargement on your so called rest days.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
 
Jeff, find what pattern works best for you as doing 7 on zero off will work and suit some but not everyone and likewise with say 1 on 1 off.
 
I think this is a double post? just posted in the other thread but I will say this, that newbies will gain very well at first on whatever routine they do and if its 7 on zero off or 5 on 2 off, 2 on 2 off, 1 on 1 off etc etc as the penis is new to it all and will adapt to the response of the stress accordingly but over time its the key ... thats when you have to find your sweet spot and this is through time and experience, not what works for others .. we are all different and granted our physiology is the SAME in how it will work i.e. stimulate the penis, recover and than grow but not everyone wants their life taken over 7 days on all the time and indeed that might not always work well for them if they do too much etc.
