I've gotten thrombosis down there two times since I've started PE. I don't know if it's a direct result of using the BM or what but, I could literally see the blood clots in my veins on the shaft. Pretty trippy stuff and yea it hurt a bit. I don't know if those could travel out of the area into the upper body or not though. It's always healed itself after a few days.

Sorry not trying to be a "debbie downer" here. I just thought I should mention that.

Well there is always chance to hurt yourself or cause a thrombosis, but with proper warming up and careful work, you can avoid that

Warming up is important here...and yeah the pressure you get while pumping, i felt that a bit and is intense and it felt good..

What do you feel during high intensity pressure? Dull ache?

Well i just pumped a lil and it was no pain i would say,maybe due to the pressure some pain or something in the pubic area....
