Kegels and no ���� will help with this as well bro.

You can go in with 70% erection and still get a good pump, also using a cock ring can help for pumping to keep your EQ.
 
I will like to do kegel but when I did it for 2days, I couldn't get an erection, I was so scared so I had to stop. Did you experience anything like that Jake?

Your PC muscle got tierd,i think you over kegel-ed .And that's why your EQ was down.Try and do less kegels,like 100-200 and then build up.

No, I didn't bro. I did start small and work my way up. I do 300 a day (at least that's the goal, I don't always remember). I started with 50 and added 50 every week until I got there. Definitely helped my EQ, not to mention stamina in the bedroom.

kegels can be practiced anywhere i wouldnt wait for an especific type of training..reverse kegels get you more vascular i notice two bigger veins n they looked great.

It wouldn't hurt to start them now because it takes time to develop the pc muscle anyway. Plus if your PC become tired it makes for easier ligament stretching;)
 
Its not funny bro, they just took away my thread without even telling why. But its ok, if the person that did it wont come forward its on them
