No I'm not saying precisely that. If you want to, you could. Walking and running can work also, it's a balance. It's really good for the health. My blood pressure have also gone down, since I have started to walk everywhere.Are you saying I should hit the gym?
I just referring to myself, it's easier for myself to keep the fat away when my muscle mass is higher. I tend to eat a lot, and have a problem to reduce my food intake.
I really think eating once a day is the best thing we can do for our health.
