I am curious if there is any level of bodyfat I need to get to that would fully get rid of my fat pad. It would be great to not have a fat pad covering some dick and if instead the whole dick was visibly exposed. I assume if I got down to about 6% bodyfat the fat pad would be gone but I am curious from those who are already low bodyfat do you still have any fat pad?

Some videos have actors that are super ripped with full visible abs and it looks like they have zero fat pad, just completely flat from lower abdomen to dick.

I think alot of it is genetics people hold fat I'm different places . I know you don't wanna hear this but focus on being healthy and the fat pad will go away don't worry about numbers

I would say in the 5%-10% range as long as you lose fat from all areas. Some people will have issues with certain parts of the body that do not lose the fat as expected. In some cases you can spot train but the fat pad in not one. Go for it and see where you are. When I lose weight I lose it all over and I hope the same is for you. Worst case scenario is liposuction, but that is rarely needed as most men lose weight equally.

Yep I lose it all over as well except the last to go is love handles and inner thighs. I want to have my full erect dick exposed with nothing being hidden from visibility.

Then get that fat level down to 5% and see if this gives you what you desire. It is important to know that you can not completely eliminate the fat pad, fat is there for a good reason, but you can get it as low as 25".

I am 6-8 % and have a .3 inch “fat pad”. It’s misty just skin over the pubic bone.

I can attest to different amounts of fat in different areas. I'm probably 13-15% and have what I'd consider .5" of fat pad. I think as you get lower and lower your loss in fat pad diminish more and more. Always good to be healthy in the body and dick though!

Wow, must be nice! :) :) :)

I'm still fighting this battle by trying to eat healthy so I can get rid of my fat pad.

If you could get down to around 10% then most of the fat pad would be out of the way for most people!

I'm eating one heavy meal a day. Today is my second day. I eat by 4:30pm. A very heavy meal. Eating once in a day.
Eating once a day is a really good way to make sure you don't consume more calories then you need! Other good health benefits are that your body are in a fasted state many hours every day. Make sure you drink a lot of water and don't consume liquid calories.

Yes sir. I'm drinking water like my life depends on it. The question is, will this pattern help me lose the fat pad over time?

Yes, it most definitely will! Just remember that you will need to make this a long term habit. You can always adjust over time but for now make a goal to keep this style of eating 6 months.

It will also help if you roughly know how many calories you consume. Also taking daily walks with a good pace.

Right now, I'm not really calculating the calories but when I finish eating, my stomach doesn't feel full enough. Yes, I'm taking daily walk every evening. I'm willing to do this for the next 6 months and see how much fat pad I can lose.

I'm not counting either but having a rough estimate can help you over time. So that way you know what your daily calorie need are.

Make sure it is sustainable. To get fuller a good way is to include more dense foods but with low calories such as vegetables. That way you keep your stomach full but not filling it up with calorie heavy foods.

The secret to reduce your overall fat procentage (since you can not spot reduce fat). Is to increase your total amount of skeletal muscle mass in your body. This will make you burn more energy in standby, and it's easier to eat right, and "burn away" access energy (=fat).

Are you saying I should hit the gym?

I can sustain it. I will watch it for the next one month to see how it goes and if needed, I will reduce the meal. I think from next month I can change the diet to something much healthier.

One thing about not having a full stomach is that it helps with determination to do PE. When you wake up in the morning with an empty stomach, the zeal to do PE is usually very high.

I will keep you updated as I progress further
