The last 4 months I havent been able to go to the gym and have gained about 10-15 lbs. I have noticed that my dick hasnt gained size even though i am busting ass in excercises. Jelq,stretches,constrictors. Is there anyone who has lost weight and gained size with little or no p.e??? i.e, are my gains being hidden behind the fat pad?? Input is much appreciated....p.s. i am on a diet. :cool:
 
of course, i have no doubt that yoru fat pad is contributing to no gain. Im also assuming you have a good enough program with sufficent rest to get gains. What is your program like anyway?
 
You've gotta be persistant and consistant. It took me over 4 months to see any messurable gains. They will come though. Maybe you need a harder routine to shock you dick into growth. How long are you routines and how many days off do you take?
 
If you are consistent with your BP measurements, fat pad shouldn't really matter. As long as you're doing a hard bone-press measurement, why would it?
 
i never did any pe but i get a bigger cock all the time:)

current program is: warm up by pulling up my dick and doing 100 kegels. then start stretching basic.. 30 sec. holds first up,down,left,right. 3 sets of each. then a-stretch, 5 sec holds while kegel and reverse kegel.. 25 sets then break 2-3 mins then 25 sets more. jelq about 300 at 70-80 percent hard. At night (before bed) I do constrictor sets with hose clamp. 3 sets,15-20 mins each. 1-2 a week I hang about 10 lbs if I have the time. Always stretch while in the bathroom and always hot wraps before any workout... 2 days on 1 off....Feels good and pumped after but no gains lately (last 4 months)...thanks for all the input guys.(and you too jen) LMAO
