Hey brothers. I have a pretty good routine right now that incorporates a few hours in my SG. I'm using the velcro mod and ace wrap, which works but is uncomfortable at times and blood flow has to be restored every 25 minutes or so. VLC doesn't work for me due to not having enough skin to use. I was thinking about getting the vac extender to use. Does anyone know much about it? Or another affordable option?
any thoughts on vac extender mod?

And I guess I didnt realize you had both the grip system and the phallosan to compare one to the other... Or are you stating something as fact that you have no experience with?

I use the Velcro atachment too on my JES and can wear it for 2-3 hours straight before pain kicks in. The Velcro strap will have very little grip if attached directly on the ace bandage itself witch will require you to make it very tight to avoid slippage and is the tightness that cuts blodflow and creates pain. Try to wrap a high-grip sticky material between the ace and the velcro, I use a band of rubber cut out of an old mousepad. The rubber it's about 2mm thick and provides a good cushion and insane grip.

Every 25 minutes sounds like it would be really annoying and not very productive. I would suggest working on your wrap materials and/or technique. With the velcro mod and wrap I use I can go for at least an hour or two without having to take it off. But as far as the vac, if you don't mind spending the money then go with a phallosan or something similar, although it sounds like phallosan is the best choice as far as quality. Otherwise, you could wait and keep checking the forums to see when the new mos extender will be released. Sounds like it could be fairly soon.rynkrt3;603928 said:

Good advice on all devices that require wrapping. Wrapping is usually the reason why some men are successful with the device or not. A poor wrap will cause pain, pinching and other irritations but once a wrap has been mastered these issues all go away.

Yep, finding a comfortable wrapping method was the most important factor in my extender journey.
I still have a visible scar under my glans caused by the silicone tube of the JES from wearing the damn thing with almost no wrapping in my first two months, it was bleeding but that did not stoped me from wearing it for 5-6 hours /day. After the seccond month I discovered fedoras post about his method of wrapping and inserting the silicone tube into a winter glove finger and my confort improved dramatically to where I could wear it for 1-1.5 hour per set, later on I bought a new head piece with velcro strip from the jes extender website(45$ - an absolute ripoff) and my comfort improved even more to where I can wear it now for 2-3 hours/set.
I still laugth my ass off when I read about that study made by JES on a group of men from italy that supposedly used the extender for 12 hours/day, this was the original version of the JES extender with the silicone tube that got me a nasty scar on my unit and that I found imposible to wear more then 30-45mins straight witch make me think about the validity of theese tests.

Yes, I bet theese studies are 100% BS just like the "size increase calculators" and the bought success stories that you see on most of theese extenders websites. I remember about one guy on the old FastSize forum that said it was contacted by someone from fastsize and had been offered a few hundred dolars to "sell" his pictures to be used on the website as a testimanial, now this guy had worked his ass off for a few years to get some decent gains and they wanted to buy his before/after proof pictures and come up with a fake story for their testimonial pages. This shit happens all over the internet and that's why I'm very suspisious about the "success stories" in this industry whenever there's any kind of PE device or product advocated.

The SiliStretcher is a much better option. You can wear it outdoors as well. Very discreet.
