Hey fellas I'm new to MOS and fairly new to PE. Have tried SG and BM. Size genetics hasn't worked for me due to the fact that I'm uncut and Vlc tigger just pulls on the skin way too much and not enough on the penis itself. At this point I'm looking at getting the PF to add to the SG for the PhalloGenetics combo mod. I can wear the extender 8-9 hours a day at work and could do BM everyday if necessary. Don't have time for manual PE. I work way too much. Could you guys give me advice on an appropriate program with the current equipment that I have and the time available. Also if any other Equipment would be helpful like the ELS or something like that let me know. Thank you for y'all help.

Current stats: 6.75 EL
Goal: 8.5 EL

YungB, Thanks for your post and I hope I can help. The SizeGenetics works well for most but for others not so much. This is why we stared with Phallosan as they re a completely different tool than the typical extender. Now, the combination of the SG and Phallosan is the master set up. It takes advantage of both tools making them work better. So my advice, if you are going to build the PhalloGenetics is this. Get you 8-9 hours in daily, always pushing your stretch beyond the length of your erect bone pressed penis. This is so important even if you can only go 1 hour as gains are made by going beyond you erect bone pressed length. With your BathMate I recommend the SRT 5x5x3 program, it is very simple and will bring girth gains fastest with the lowest retention. Lastly I would also implement Bundled Stretches before your workout (5 minutes).

Although you do not like to do manual stretching the LengthMaster makes it not only a lot of fun but also brings length gains so freaking fast! Even if you can dedicate only 15 minutes a day you will be doing a great service to your length gains.

Thanks for the info bro. Now if I stuck to the 8-9 hours a day with the mod and I'd bundle stretches before in combination with the BM SRT program then what kind of results could I expect to attain within the next year. I know you could only give me an estimate but I just would like to hear a realistic number from someone with significant experience.

If you stick to it and keep the fire alive you can gain a lot! I gained 2" in 6 months and this was without SRT. With SRT I bet I could have gained 3" in length. Girth for me was tough, I only gained 1/2" my first year. The BathMate was not alive yet :( If it were I would have made made girth gains in a year!

So I know it's been a min. But update on current program. I bought the lg hanger and Iv been hanging every night in BC for an hour. I also wear my VLC tugger for 10-12 hours per day. Would like to hit 9x7 as final goal. Is this achievable in the next two years by sticking with the current plan that I'm on? Also have tried responding to threads and starting another thread. It says a moderator will appprve it to be posted but it never happens. Also wanted to PM certain ppl but I can't even pull up their profiles?
 
Yung, I don't think the goal you have set for yourself is unrealistic in 2 years but it will take dedication, determination and consistency. Being in the mindset that you are going to push yourself to make this happen will go a long way as well
 
...just for perspective, I'm about 3/4"-7/8" short of my goal (which is exactly the same as yours) but it's taken me 3 years of (fairly) dedicated and almost daily training to get there. Being under traction for 8+ hours will certainly be helpful, just know PE is a marathon :)

last measurement a few weeks ago (my 3rd your PE anniversary)...hovered between 8" , 8.125" and 8.25" depending on EQ
