Now I'm working rgulary with Penis Enlargement, but few monthes later I used to harm my P, and evry time and because the injuries were too bad, I stopped many times, each time was for about a week, And after evry break I lost the recent gains.
So I lost the last inch for five times.
Now I'm really wonder, are the gains really permanent? I mean will it last for ever or we have to make further inch or more from our goals to assure!?
Did any body stop for a year and didn't loose any gains?

Thank You

Great question!!! Since I've never stopped yanking my dick for more than a few weeks over the past three years, I'd like to know the answer to your question as well.

Anyone???

Yes they are! IF THEY ARE CEMENTED!! and that takes a month or two of mantaince to get to that point.
by your post I guese you need to do more warm ups, start off ez and work up to a good routine.

I get lazy and end up taking long breaks, but it seems like I only lose girth gains. Length gains seem to stick around no matter what.

my bpel grew from 5.5 to 6.7 (roughly) that took about 6 months. when i stopped i lost about 0.2. (i stopped for over a year). didnt measure girth. but i find there is always a 0.2 which is temporary and when ever i stop this is what i will lose. maybe some time in an ads will stop you losing your gains

Ligaments can retract some and the smooth muscle will decrease if you stop exercises. However these body parts all have a 'memory' like the muscle memory involved in bodybuilding. This means if you stop and start up again, you can reach your max again very quickly.

Anatomically, once the ligs have been stretched, the fascia that engulfes soft tissue like muscle fiber or collagen strands is stretched permanentely, that is why there is such a thing called "muscle memory" which allows us to get all big and muscular, stop for years and then get back to liftin' wheights and get to the point where you left off very quickly. Same with the penile soft tissue. You have to always aim for a bit more than your goal is so you can overshoot while you cement your gains to make them permanent. I think lenght is easier to stay perm. than girth cause lenght comes from lig stretching as well as shaft and there are ligas all over while the girth is more of a cell volumizing effect rather than a stretch effect. Hence, it is easier to lose the girth if not cemented with a maintenance routine. ( which is a good idea to always do ).

Peace

Mike

To echoe some of what's been said, I have seen some gains disappear when I quit for a period of time, but it usually doesn't take long to get them back.

Long-term, will you lose some gains if you quit completely? Maybe, but if you stretch that thing out enough and gain a couple inches over time, there ain't no way it's all going back.
