This is how I do it.
I make my wife a protein shake in the morning, and add 1 tablespoon of Psyllium Husk powder. It's an awesome fiber supplement and sweeps your intestines to help cleanse the body and digestive track.
Usually I add a few bags of fresh black tea to her shake for a little caffeine boost to get the system and adrenals pumping.
Later on in the evening, before we have anal, I make her do 2-3 enemas.
By the end of the day she's already taken 2-3 shits and now it's just a matter of cleansing up her anal cavity.
After the enemas she takes a quick, hot shower to scrub herself clean, then immediately afterward a short warm bath to relax her muscles.
Then, it's massage time. We get out our favorite lube (grape seed oil), and I give her a quick 15-20 minute rub down, hitting all the sensitive areas and major muscle groups.
Quads, Hams, Breasts, Back and inner groin are key areas. Also focus on collar bone, behind shoulder blades, and ass.
Next is fun time.
We get out her toys, and fool around with about 15 minutes of foreplay. This gets her really turned on and ready.
Then I fuck her in the vag, while she toys with her asshole.
After a bit more of loosening up, drench the butt in grape seed oil and start real slow into the poop shoot.
She's squeaky clean at this point so there's not much risk for a UTI for me, or her.
After a few minutes of slow penetration, usually by the end of the ordeal I can fuck her hard and fast and she absolutely loves it.
To clean up, take towel and wipe everything down, and immediately go take a piss to ensure your urethra is flushed of any possible toxins.
You can keep some Oza on hand too if you notice any signs of a UTI. This rarely happens though. I recommend extra strength Oza.
The only thing I've noticed is that after a
Bathmate session, she's less fond of anal.
I wonder why! I think it's just more intimidating for her, all mental.
