I been using the x 30 for a month and some change now,I don't notice a difference.I don't know if I'm doing it right or not,I fill with water and I keep pumping for 30 mins or more.The only difference I notice is when I see the fluid retention or what ever you call it,I guess that's what it is anyway.I also clamp sometimes and jelq.i mainly want to gain girth because I'm almost maxed the length....any suggestions Thanks in advance
 
Bathmate suggests using it for 20 minutes max.

Are you going into the pump erect or flaccid?? it makes a big difference, going into it erect is important for getting girth gains but at the same time it can be very stressful for your cock so you want to prepare for it starting to pump flaccid, after a week (or so) going in semi erect and eventually going in erect, (DLD any advice here?) safety is certainly suggested. keep jelqing (start these gently and erect and work up intensity slowly but surely) and make sure to check out DLD's Slow Squash Jelqs those are where girth gains are at! stay safe, take it easy.

Do the 5 x 5 x 3 supersets. This is when you pump for 5 minutes and then jelq for 5 minutes. Do this a total of three times. You should start out doing flaccid jelqs before going on to erect jelqs.
 
I only get a slight result after an hour of jelqing and pumping KingKon. Just keep at it and you will find what works best with your penis.
 
First thing first, are you constantly pumping that entire time? If so that's your first error, you have to pump to the max that you are comfortable then relax for a few minutes while the device does it's thing. Follow the "Bathmate and Newbie" or the 5x5x3 superset that hepcat mentioned above if your body can take it.
You've only been in a Bathmate for a month so your body should be ready but take it easy and don't expect to gain an inch in that amount of time. Some people have genetics on their side and will get amazing gains, for others it seems to take forever. I fall somewhere in the middle as I'll get a growth spurt then hit a plateau and will be stuck there for weeks or months with little if any gain then another growth spurt and another plateau.

I highly recommend the supersets and if your body/mind can take it mix in some "Bathmate Hardcore Stretches" now and then and see how your body reacts.

Yea I usually keep pumping because it feels like its goin to fall off I dont

Once a day should be just fine. If you feel you can go beyond I would suggest maybe adding a 4th and 5th set. Too much under this kind of expansion can be tiring and bring fluid retention. It is best to get one really good girth session a day.
