For about a week I was measuring at 7.75, for the past couple of days I've only been at 7.5! My erections still seem as rock hard as before, and my routine hasn't really changed. Do I need to add something?

My routine is basically just about 30 minutes stretching morning and night, and whenever I take a piss.
 
My erection can vary as much as this. I am not sure why. I can measure one day at almost 11" and the next at 10.5". I think it is normal. I try to measure gains only flaccid stretched from the same point each time to eliminate this inacuracy.

I would also suggest a girth routine that includes jelqing. You have a big unit already maybe super-sets will help your routine out.
 
I have encountered the same problem too, here is how I have reconciled this problem to avoid disappointment in my measurements.

The physiological/ chemical variables involved in getting an erection, I am convinced are responsible for this variation in size. Some of these variables could be -

- "Mechanical arousal" versus "really turned on arousal” determined by levels of hormones circulating, particularly Prostaglandin and Testosterone.

- The body flexes during the day as well, apparently it can vary measurably between getting up in the morning and say afternoon. My best measured erections have always been about mid-afternoon.

- Ambient conditions - hot weather equals bigger erections due to vascular relaxation.

- Diet, medicine, stress, etc - it’s amazing how many things can alter our blood chemistry at any one given time thus quality of erection.

I think psychologically, if Penis Enlargement’ers can accept that they are working to a tolerance in their measurements, given these variable factors, it will give way to reasoning rather than disappointment.
 
Something else I forgot to ask, should my jelqing/girth exercises be done before or after stretching?
 
Excellent insight Moltopui , i have noticed that my erections are alot different when i make my self hard to measure compared to when me and my wife are getting frisky.Again great post !!
 
The measurement I use officially comes from my morning wood. Always rock hard, and I have a ruler on my headboard so I don't lose any of it.

I do my girth exercises before, then I ejaculate so I can be more flaccid for the stretches. Just depends on your Penis Enlargement beliefs I suppose.

There´s no real answer to this. But I separate stretching and jelqing by 5 hours or more. I would say that stretching before jelqing isn´t great because it can hamper erection quality (at least lig stretching can) but jelqing before stretching isn´t good because you want to be as flaccid as possible for stretching.

You will just have to experiment I think.
 
Hmm...well, maybe your 1/4" left you and, creeped over to my dick? I mean I'm starting to creep past 8.25" flaccid stretched length...Hydromaxm...

Well if you saw my penis last night you would have laughed :) I have never seen is so small in flaccid state, it was like a baby penis :) This lack of masturbation and wearing tights whitey underwear flays straight in the face of SRT and comes with some funky results! I would not brag about what I saw last night, believe me! Once I kick this sickness I am going for another routine of SRT and I am going to start training my flaccid size again. I think that without sex or masturbation PE will be necessary to keep inshore and healthy.
 
now days it's almost a shock to me when I see myself retracted (still much larger than before PE) but I'm so used to seeing at least a 5" hang (and more often closer to 6") when I use the restroom or disrobe. mind of its own, lol

Also adding to my flaccid becoming more turtled out is I have been wearing tighty-whitey under where because my prostate causes some leakage, some underwear needs to be worn. It all goes to show that SRT is very powerful in it's understandings of how and why we turtle and how we can eliminate it. So I am looking forward to training soon as these issues are cleared up.
