Hi, guys.

Can any of you explain to me in more detail what exactly is happening when we perform the Testicle Health Massage?
What is going on with our testicles during each one of the three exercises? What kind of transformation are we promoting with each one of them? The stretching of the scrotum is almost self-explanatory, but what about the other 2? And even with the stretch, are we also stretching the tubes from our testicles to our penis (don't know the name of those in English, sorry)?

I'm very curious about the theory behind this subject. :)

Gaining size in testicles comes from increased blood flow and the massage portion of the routine promotes this. The methodology behind stretching the scrotum is for a lower hanging penis in flaccid state.
 
I never thought i'd be missing out by not doing the testicle massage, but after your post DLD, it seems it is very beneficial. I need to structure my time better I think.

It is also smart to do on a regular basis because you can find early warning signs of testicular cancer.

And about the stretch, does it stretch the sperm tubes as well? It must be doing something, because when I'm doing it I feel a slight discomfort where my seminal vesicles are (I think).
How's that supposed to work?
 
All internal structures are stretchable.
 
DLD, are there any ball stretchers you would recommend? i have one made out of foam rubber with snap buttons, it works ok, but doesn't really pull down on the testicles much, just gives a little elongation.

i stretch the balls with my non-jelq hand when jelqing(alternating), but would like to know of any devices you( or anyone else) find really lowered your ball hang.

I only used the testicle health stretch and massage to make the gains I have made and to be honest I had to stop doing it because it worked so well.

The Ball & Lig Stretch/Testicle Health Massage, is so important for increasing your size. Every brother should do them before a stretching session. It's also easier to attach yourself in the chamber of the LENGTHMASTER 3, if you have done them for a while.

Get rid of that turkey neck and get a bigger hanging flaccid, is just some of the benefits with this stretching exercise.

I'm doing my best to explain everything in detail and dive deep (into the "rabbit hole").
If you understand why an exercise (anything) is so important, you have a higher will to start doing it.

This was in fact the reason I didn't do this exercise in the beginning of my penis enlargement journey. I didn't understood why it was beneficial. But as time progressed...I understood more and more...a deeper understanding will make you gain faster. If you implement your knowledge into your sessions.

For example:
You do bundled stretches with LM3 and increase you length (BPEL) with 2 inches, but where are the skin coming from that allows the penis to grow in length?...from the scrotum, and your "fatpad" and so on.

If you do not increase the skin at your scrotum, your balls will push upwards and forward when you have an erection. A tight scrotum may even make your erection bend to left or right.

Also if the scrotum are in the way of your shaft when you are erected, how are you supposed to use your fully erected length (you have worked so hard for) when having intercource with deep penetration?

To just realize this concept, can make you second guess your choice to not implement Ball&Lig Stretches/Testicle Health Massage into your routine.

Simply put: You don't want a tight scrotum.
