So looking through the first few pages of this section, I see a lot posts, some saying kegels work, and some saying its not. So I don't know what to believe. I found what I believe to be a pretty decent kegel routine, but I want to practice RKs as well, as I was masturbating earlier, and I found that RKing not only prevented me from cumming better, but it also increased my erection size. That being said, am I doing the front RK right by tightening my abs like I have to pee, and back RK by pretending to fart? And what would be a good RK routine?

You are basicly right.
Try to improve on not farting and not tightneing the abs.. It might take some training
What helps is going more forward towards the glans.
I think its a mind-body connection so focus and imagination helps to concentrate on it.
Training the nervous system as they are muscles.

Do short ones and long holds to get control over them. Erect and also flaccid.

thats why I said you are right. Its perfectly fine starting this way and it works too.
just keep going and hold that maybe in back of your mind. It did only happen for me over time.

yeah just try to have the rk sensation clench more forward. That helped me. Or to intentionaly have it more backwards to notice the difference. But better do that on the WC or you shit your pants lol.

I also sense that there is a possiblity of clenching the anus while engaging the rk kegel which would prevent gassing.
 
And can anybody think of a RK/ kegel routine that I can do like 4 days a week?

Yeah, thats how you can reverse kegel doing the opposite of the normal BC kegel.

Check anatomy pictures. BC muscle and IC muscles are the two antagonists(kind of..you can flex them both sometimes I think)

PC muscle etc. are much further away from the dick. but still they are important I would say for pelvic floor balance.

Yes, the PC muscle is more responsible for the contractions during orgasm, and is located deep within the pubis. Whereas the BS muscle sheathes the CS and urethra, which contribute to EQ significantly and serves to empty the urethra. Both muscles work in concert with each other, and shouldn't be neglected during kegel work. However, it seems possible to "target" either muscle, they both will contract during a very hard and long kegel. I like to target the BS more for the EQ, so as to avoid the dreaded "flaccid/hard" state.
