Was it the negative comment, or the repeated similar comment, or maybe the ridiculous babble that is harassing you. It can't be the negative comment because you didn't response to your very first reply from MAXAMEYES, and couldn't be the last one because it never happen. I do admit, I did violate the rule from the Book of "JekyllnHyde360's Etiquette On an Open Forum". Loosing weight around the fat pad made my gains finally show. When I started PE I gained 2" very quickly but no one could tell unless I pulled back my fat pad. After loosing a great deal of weight I not only exposed the two inches I gained but an extra inch that became visible from the loss of fat.
 
I think you can get liposuction in your fat pad for under $1,000 nowadays for that instant gratification.

It looks like his ruler is in Centimeters, so based on just under 17 Centimeters he is about 6.5 inches bone pressed erected (BPE). Minus a 3" fat pad gives him a 3.5" non-bone pressed erection or (NBPE).
