Hi all! First of all sorry for my bad english haha.
Im gonna start my PE training and i decided to create a this thread to post my progress, doubts, and other things. Ill upload pictures tomorrow so i can track my enlargement.
I will start with no equipment.
My measures are:
Lenght BP 6'3"
Girth 5'
Not so big but we will work on that! I have no goals, i just want add lenght and girth.
I will start with the DLD first routine: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html But i have think that will be good to add a few things, like for example Slow Squash Jelqs. Should i do these or just follow the routine and nothing more?
