I know, I usually go weeks to months between jerking off. Only time I really use adult entertainment is when I need to measure, but since I’ve started measuring more often I watch adult entertainment more frequently than I usually do.

But it’s definitely best to totally stay away from watching it, it’s not natural to watch videos of other people doing the “hanky-panky”.

I have benefitted by using it as a "boost" to get expansion of my tissue/penis while edging/ballooning and when measuring.

But after a while the effects of this artificial stimulus "boost" subsides. So I need to go off it for a while. I believe the dopamin reward system gets used to it. In fact I know it's the truth.

I don't want it to take over me completely. We should know about the deception and lies in adult entertainment, in that way we can keep it as what it is, that is: "Entertainment" and a way to get sexual stimulus/"boosting" for men without a woman.

It's just sad that some wome in adult entertainment get exploited for their situation and life experiences that got them into it in the first place (low self worth?).
