Hello all ... apologies for the AWOL. Usual excuse hahah because or work and family commitments plus weight lifting is going nice at the moment.

Did you ever release this book? You can make so much from the sales of it.
 
I might be wrong, but there was a hard copy release with a mesh of info, including constriction. I didn't manage to grab a hard copy, and couldn't find the e-copy. Probably nested somewhere in his new site.
