Ive been away from PE for quite a while, but getting going again. I am only interested in length gains. Generally speaking, if I do a routine using a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and then spend as much time as possible in a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], does that sound like a pretty good way to go?

Generally speaking you should be able to gain with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] alone, so adding to it should help I'd think. You could also try bundles and kegels if you wanted to accelerate the process.

I'd add some kegels for EQ and testicle health massage just in case. In my experience doing it should pevent turkey neck.

I like rings for turkey neck. I actually started using them to treat turkey neck a while back, and found them useful for girth so I kinda stuck with them. If you get into girth though, I would definitely suggest going that way. Turkey neck killer and great for expansion.

Mine is pretty much gone and it was a good 2 inches when I started.

Kegels should be done by everyone,it's not worth mention it..doesn't matter if you want to gain length,girth,width,muscle mass,sleep,maintain your size..kegels are so important.I know the consequences of not kegeling...my dick size was increasing,but with time my EQ got worst and worst.At one point it took me 1-2 min to get hard because my PC muscle was super weak and it couldn't fill my dick with blood.

Everyone should have kegels in their routine no matter what

Welcome back my Brother and I am happy you are restarting! If you are looking for length only then only do length work. What you have as a routine now looks good but I would add two exercises that will help with length big time. First I would add in Bundled Stretches, which can be done in your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], before each routine for 5-10 minutes to help expand and elongate the Tunica. This will make length gains happen quicker. I also suggest you get in 10 minutes of erect stretching every other day to help cemented gains as they come. I will check up on you daily!

I also suggest you give the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] turkey neck rig a shot. Check into Simyan's posts on the issue, he has made some great changes and he has a few very good techniques.
 
I suggest you start slowly-as if you were a beginner again and make sure to warm up and warm down all the time until you can progress of 3+ months. Then you can actually start a hardcore routine.
You have to ease back into PE it is difficult just going hard after a break. (Experience)

Ridding yourself of Turkey Neck is a process but it can be done. What you need to do is displace the skin from the shaft downward to the scrotum. This can be done two ways that I think will be best. As an active exercise, I suggest what ChiL did, the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch found in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]. I also suggest, for a passive exercise, using your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] with all TN skin pulled downward, through the base piece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], allowing the penis to heal with the skin displaces. Over time these two suggestions will get rid of the TN for good.

When I get to maintenance and cementing I'm definitely doing exactly the same. Maybe even throw on some kind of weight to make them stronger too.

Anybody know of discreet ways to attach a pound or two?
 
I hate kegels too ,i was doing PE for months without kegels and my EQ suffered from that.Do kegels kids rofl

If you have a weight, get a headband, yes a headband. Cut the headband from one point and get a kettlebell weight and tie the headband through the open hole space from the kettle bell

You could use a wet towel or a open book, both will add weight to the Kegel.

I'm trying to think of something small I can kinda hide in the pants to make flaccid kegels a bigger deal. Kettelbell seems a bit large but I'm sure there's something high density that can add a pound or 2 to make kegels that much better.

Oh, I see. Yeah I would look at those weight rings that Longth showed in one of his threads. I will see if I can find it.

I remember the thread. Baseball bat weights. Still a bit too clunky to use discreetly. Also wide enough to fit a beer can and then some.

Maybe they have smaller ones though. I'll have to look for that.

It was me earlier in the year looking for a passive and painless method to keep elongation before I broke the 8bpel marker.

I've heard fishing weights as a suggestion, and theraband has some light weight stuff like that. My kegels are still improving so it'll be a while yet until I really need to press the issue.

Don't worry, I confuse everything.

Lifting weights with your dick is something many guys have done in different ways but mainly in the use of Erect Kegels. There are too different things we want to accomplish with kegels, strength and endurance. Doing heavy Kegel exercises using weight will build strength while quick, continuous kegels will build endurance.

Building strength should also increase the size of the PC muscle, which will actually add some girth over time. Maybe even encourage greater expansion as the muscle seems to continue to grow.

Unfortunately I can't seem to target the top of the muscle very well, just under the glans, but I felt my PC muscle flex trying to stave off a climax and it is more than marginally bigger.

Strength and Endurance is what we want to accomplish with Kegels. Strength to keep 100% eg and Endurance for lasting power.
