I was thinking today that I dont gain (length)as fast as I did before I took my trip to London and then back home.
Notice I dont complain at all or anything Im very happy! I've recently gained girth, but Im now discussing my length gains.
So I'm now going to point out some stuff that I think could've caused my own "slower gaining".
Please read the last words aswell. Maybe you got something to tell me about YOUR slower gaining. :)


....And yes, now we lay the "change routine" thingy and "being harder to gain later on" thingy aside. Dont focus on those, focus on other things.

1. Pherhaps just the 1 week break totaly without Penis Enlargement made me gain slower when I got back into it?
I mean I took zero days of and all days on back then, and thanks to that I got out of "shape" and "lost" my gaining-skill.


2. Maybe it is because I stopped drinking Pepsi? Yes it gotta sound a bit silly but still.
The blood is running faster inside your body with such drinks as Pepsi and Coca-Cola. Im today only drinking water, carbonated water.


3. Maybe my 2 months of girthwork is slowing my length gaining?
I concentrated myself only on length before, today it's both girth and length.
My old routine was stretching and jelqing only. Today it's including clamping aswell.


4. Im really clumsy now when it comes to kegels. I just sometimes forgets to do them.
It's really really stupid but I do sometimes. Maybe that is what causing me gaining slower?


5. Could it be that I eat less today than when I was studying?
Today I only eat breakfast, dinner and a small meal late on the evening (no work or school atm).
While I studied it was like 3 meals a day including breakfast and some sandwich before I went to bed.

Just something I thought of. Maybe you guys can help me? What do YOU think caused my slower gaining?
Im working with Penis Enlargement every day and sometimes when I hang with my girl or friends I got my "rest" days.

About the Pepsi thing.

Water is the most essential thing for the blood and blood flow.
So if I were you, I would continue drinking only water! The more water in your system, the better erections.

Also, get back on those kegels! We all know how good they are, but im like you.. Clumsy about them.

I havn't done Penis Enlargement for a while, which i totally regret.. But I had to spend all my time on other more important things.
But now, the most important will be Penis Enlargement and bodyworkout.

So drink lots of WATER, do the kegels! Trust me, your cock is going to feel as stiff as a sword. The cock of steel!

About your main concerns, I cant really help you on that. But I think, if you rest for a week, you let your ligs and all that stuff becoming more resistant, and then you have to work even harder to "Break" this state.

Just my theory.

I agree with your idea red but I have a question. How would it be the same for length? I know for girth its more area to fill but for length I don't see the same theory working as it is for girth. I thought about this before though because I'm starting out at 8 x 6 BP.
 
pepsi has caffine in it which constricts blood vessels. If anything I would think not drinking pepsi before a workout would help.
 
Ive never found anyone who can answer me yet on this topic, i have NO luck with ERECT length gains, whats your secrets or routines, im good on girth, though it seems im getting shorter due to more girth and less length, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
