I was doing some reading around and I think Blue Whale inspired me. ;) Why do we who stretch (or hang for that matter) pull the penis by the glans and usually the front of the penis? What's the logic behind this idea? All this talk over the years I've seen (and keep seeing) about ''I lose my grip....how do I keep my grip....it hurts to pull by my glans.....I get chaffing when I pull by my glans.....I get blood from my urethra when I pull from my glans.....'' I could go on and on ad nauseum. I know this has been done (most likely before) which is why I rarely stick my name on things, but why not grab the penis closer to the base thumb knuckle toward the body? Bend over the grip and your entire hand is now involved in the grip. Both hands can be used now, and other types of leverage such as a modified ''Foot Long'' (ala DLD) stretch or such can be employed to multiply the force seeing as how, NOW most of the force on the penis is being much more evenly distributed. The flaw in most stretches is the inherent weakness of the GLANS and the failure of grip. Too much pressure in the glans causes bleeding and pain and ultimately, for a guy to stop. Pulling on the glans or front of the penis, causes the above issues.

A picture shot on my new Samsung Fascinate (which I'm still jerkin' off over....mmmm Android) for clarification. It's a similar grip as seen around here before multiple times by guys like myself, then Blue Whale, then me again.

Thoughts?
 
I grip from all parts of the shaft from expressive stretching (at the extreme base) to stretching from the glans....it is just smart to cover all these bases.
 
I thought exactly the same thing, I opened a thread "base erect stretches" few weeks ago, I noticed a much stronger and easier grip.
Gripping with the whole hand on the base when being slightly erect (30-40%) gives a stretch that feels like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches
 
MAXAMEYE'S' signature has the same type of theory. Some of us newer dude's haven't got much else than the glands to start with (doesn't take too long to change that) though. This is why I like the max vac hanger idea, even though you've said they can induce penis damage, the idea is like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]- with a stretch- getting the inner penis to come out- am I right DLD, well you would know just as well Still. Aren't our penis's like the rest of our body. I know I have got a couple piercings that I gauged over time and they are stretching nicely.
 
Very good point still. Thinking outside the box as you put it. Your right, we do tend to automatically assume this glans stance when we stretch, however some of the most intense stretches come from eliminating that 'weak point' from our training. Blue_Whale also inspired me with the V-SES stretches I made, which eliminate the glans and target right at the base ligaments.
 
I guess most of us feel or believe that by pulling on the glans, we are actually stretching out as much of our penis as we possibly can. U guys might be up to something because if we mostly stretch our ligaments when pulling then why are we pulling on the weakest part of our member and not concentrating on getting a a good, firm grip on the middle or base of our penis. Good post, I'd like to hear from many more experience Penis Enlargementers.

I think it's tougher to do this exercise flaccid, or maybe it's just me. On the thought of warming up though, should I hit the ligs around/at the base of the penis with a ricesock in order to make them more malleable for the base stretches?
 
I've been doing this almost since I started Penis Enlargement although I never saw this thread. It is very intense and very comfortable as well. I got away from it for awhile and did strictly the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but started doing it again a few weeks ago. Good easy stretch like this should be used more often
 
I never stretch like this because I found it produces too much loose skin forming which can lead to the dreaded Turkey neck. I always pull the foreskin back and grip underneath the glans but everyone is different and what works for me may not work for you. So experiment and see.

I'll quote from my current workout thread which relates to this thread on why do we pull by the glans

All this time, I recall seeing a thread or two over the years by a member on why we always stretch dick by gripping under the head or just grabbing the shaft, and only now after all these frickin years has the penny dropped ... you can get more intense stretching from doing expressive work, the inverse method I have been adding, attacks the suspensory ligament just as well as the DLD A stretch , but even more intense than that.

Perhaps this was after all the hidden "secret" to full growth? when you see it in your minds eye, that really only so much can be done on the penis we see outside the body ... its really if you think about it, a weak link in the chain. Like in weight lifting, no study on earth has ever been shown that a full range of motion is needed to develop a muscle or increase strength .... yet most of us have kept doing it, because its whats done by most ...... however that doesn't mean its the most productive.

Currently I'm on a routine of just expressive stretching, which is done with all the package stretched, takes the glans out of the equation and I'm starting to see progress.
