Where to hold the penis during newbie routine stretching?

So I am doing basic stretching but I feel like I am hurting/de-sensitizing my penis head a little by holding the ok sign directly underneath it. Is it fine to hold the penis a little further down? What about a lot further near the base? I am uncircumcised.
 
Well I don't see how you can hold it further down, doesn't work for me. I'm uncut and what happens is the skin just keep rolling over the head and I lose my grip.

It was pretty uncomfortable at first but I got used to it. Can't say I've lost sensitivity but that could be a good thing in some cases. I've tried some soft fabrics and surgeon gloves and they both worked ok when I was really sensitive. In general I'd say barehanded is the best way to go but give some other materials a try. Talc powder did help with both getting a better grip and avoiding irritation but I stopped using it after the reports of "hidden dangers".
 
You want to be right below the corona and use you other hand to anchor at the base. This will give the best stretching position and reduce the risk of Turkey Neck (scrotal webbing).
 
Yeah holding lower will give you a better grip but you will have turkey neck. I can vouch for that. My rings to stretch my scrotum reduced that but then blue whale stretching (grabbing mid shaft for a solid grip) created more.
 
when i grip under the head i usually bend it upward a little bit because it helps me with a stronger grip,now ive noticed that i have a little more of an upward curve.

could this have anything to do with the way i stretch?

In order to create a curve or reduce a curve it would be necessary to stay in a elongated position, with intensity for an extended period of time (ie: extending). Erect exercises will bring faster curvature when done deliberately. Short stretching periods will do little for curvature.
