I've been doing Penis Enlargement for 2 and a half months now, I feel great, and I have gained 0.5 inches in length and about the same in girth. My routine is 30 min stretching in the mourning (really intense) and 1000 jelq's in the evening. I'm doing DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Eventually my goal is 1.5 in length and 1 inch in girth, how long do You think it will take me to accomplish that?

I still feel the workouts, and I was thinking about 4 months before I start the phase 2, but what do You guys think? When did You change your routine?

STick with a routine for as long as you can gain from it. Once you have plateaued on a routine (3 weeks with no gains) it is time to change things up. You can introduce equipment into the current routine, you can turn up the intensity and time of the current routine or you can change to a completely new routine. I like the introduction of equipment, particularly the Bathmate and Sizegenetics as you can include them in the current routine and really ramp up your gains. This was not an option when I was gaining but now it is.

I have one more question, I do warm up and down in such a way that I sink my penis in a hot water and hold it for 5 min, adding hot water every 1 min or so. So far no problems or any injury. I found it much easier. Anyone does this too? Or should I sink a towel in hot water and wrap around my penis like people explain here?

Warm ups will always make for a safer more fruitful session. I am just too lazy sometimes to do it:)
 
I too think you should not change your routine if it brings you results it just does not happen overnight and I did not measured my penis until forum months down the track.

I started back in May very small 3.7 fully erect and small girth (had not measured it) now I' m happier with what I got so far 5.65 and 5.2 girth and that was achieved with jelqs only no stretching.

These days more relaxed and moderate I do warm up and down I have a self heating pad and use lube to stretch 5 minutes followed by jelqs for about 10 or 15 minutes daily Recently put on an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] that I wear for about three to four hours a day at first was quite uncomfortable but now my dick is getting used to the noose I know that it got bigger since put it on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] possibly reached 6 but anyway just doing my exercises also mentally and breathing techniques I am off porno for about three months so when I jelq I do not finish up wanking myself I also do quite a few kegels as well.
I am looking forward to my new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and see what happens. most guys reckon I have put a spectacular growth in length and girth just have to be confident in yourself to what you're doing is right
