What's up guys?

I am still doing a pretty basic routine since re-starting Penis Enlargement back in March. I've gained only a little bit, but my Physiological indicators are good, i.e. no pain, no damage, solid morning "wood", etc..... but I was wondering when you all realized that the basics of jelqing/stretching were not enough anymore?

Here's my routine now:

--10 minutes warm up
--15 minutes of wet jelqs with some "uli" squeezes and some DLD slow squash jelqs thrown in for good measure
--15 minutes of straight out stretches and the blue-whale "mandingo" stretch
--6 days on/ 1 day off

--Every other workout, I'll do some additional DLD slow squash jelqs and a few super-slammers after the 15 minute jelq.

That's about all I do right now.
 
Jeff, If you are no longer gaining with any routine for more than 4 weeks it is time to step up the exercises or switch to a more intense routine.
 
DLD, I guess what I should do then is to measure at the end of each month and evaluate the situation. I've only measured a couple of time since March....
 
Some advanced trainees still jelq, but plain jelqing IMO is a moderate intensity exercise. As an advanced trainee I sometimes used the jelq to finish off a girth workout after doing intense squeezes.

As your penis gets stronger there will come a point of diminishing returns with the jelq, and you'll have to spend more time doing them just to get the same amount of gains you'd get from doing a brief session of more intense exercises.
 
Jeff, Jelqing should be a staple in ANY girth routine you use. Even as an advanced trainee the jelq can be used to improve circulation and help size increases solidify after using more intense methods. Recently I've gone back to a 300 jelq routine broken up into 150 reps per set and then I utilize some ULI squeezes between sets and my size gains have been very steady over the last month. Will that hold out? At some point I'll add in a bit more intensity; however it's not always the ONLY answer. Never take the perspective of discarding something simple or less intense because it's not "enough". Everything in P.E. has a time and place and can be utilized regardless of how advanced you may be. Look for exercises that work, take note of them, and then once a routine stalls evaluate where you need to go, but don't ever just throw something out because it's not working at the moment. Too many steps forward are actually steps backward. Take your time and really find what works for you, consistently, and then you can move forward with a much wider knowledge base to draw from with future routines. To be honest I've had success with numerous methods and P.E. tools that it's easy for me to pick and choose which methods are working, which exercises, and what intensities have produced the best results. It's all a process.
