What's up guys?
I am still doing a pretty basic routine since re-starting Penis Enlargement back in March. I've gained only a little bit, but my Physiological indicators are good, i.e. no pain, no damage, solid morning "wood", etc..... but I was wondering when you all realized that the basics of jelqing/stretching were not enough anymore?
Here's my routine now:
--10 minutes warm up
--15 minutes of wet jelqs with some "uli" squeezes and some DLD slow squash jelqs thrown in for good measure
--15 minutes of straight out stretches and the blue-whale "mandingo" stretch
--6 days on/ 1 day off
--Every other workout, I'll do some additional DLD slow squash jelqs and a few super-slammers after the 15 minute jelq.
That's about all I do right now.
