I would work length and girth just like in every other routine I've ever done, excluding the period of time when I was hanging, but just because you're faily long doesn't mean you can't grow in length. I've noticed that when I perform tunica work for length that my girth gains are fairly consistent and I occassionally go up .25" in a cycle.

Clamping scares me but I've always made good girth gains with uli's, supra slammers or just squeezing the base which is basically what a uli is.

With manual work it is quick and intense. Done and over with. This is the only way I've ever made girth gains and is probably why I started out fairly girthy. All my life I would squeeze it either at the base or midshaft. It just felt good. I did this as a kid when I had to go to the bathroom or if I got an erection. Yes I got erections as a kid. Even now my dick is thickest midshaft and I think its b/c of all the squeezes.

I still think that ordering cialis or viagra for Penis Enlargement purposes is a mistake. Progressive over use of the drug can and has been known to cause issues getting erections without the drug. It's an ED treatment for a reason.

It's not the only way to gain girth, and I've done thousands upon thousands of jelqs and squeezes to attest to their effectiveness as well. Do what you're comfortable with, but you never know one day you may find yourself wondering about trying something different. In that instance the possibilities are endless.
