Curious to see what everyone has noticed the biggest change in length with? How much length change?
TIme it took?

Also which exercises seemed to produce the least length with?

Hanging is what has worked for me. 1/4 inch over 3 weeks.

Long shlong was a waste for me.
 
i gained an inch in non bone rpessed erect length in about a week literally. so far i measured 3 days str8 and it seemed to be accurate. i think it sbecause my head size gained that inch. i did hanging for 10 min aday with 10pounds,using a cable clamp, but mostly it was stretching wiht footlong stretches and getting lig pops everytime,a-stretches and constrictors
 
Not that I am bias or anything but the one exercise that gave more length gains than any other exercise is the DLD Blasters. They never became too popular on this board but on the other boards they were a huge success with many guys who made incredible length gains.
 
I tried the DLD blasters today for the 1st time and holy shit I just thought I did a hard ass workout in the gym. Plus my cock felt like mush after. Normal?
I am going to continue with them and see how it goes.

I have done them in the past while hanging, and they helped me gain. I'm doing them now that I'm back into hanging and they definitely make a big difference in the stretch I get. Hopefully more guys will get into them. Dunno why they arent.
 
when i do the reverse kegfel part for 5 seconds i feel like my guts r gonna pop out and all my shit will come out lol. is it supoposed to feel liek that?
 
Thats funny. I have that same feeling. Like a lil turtlehead poking out. Probably why alot of people dont do that exercise, plus its a bitch to do.

Hehe, Physique. You only need to be in the toilet if you haven't emptied your bladder and bowels. :D You see, reverse kegels is pushing out the urine. =)

I'm going to say A-stretches and downward angled stretches. I like the feel of rotary cranks, but I really don't know how they rank in effectiveness.
 
V-stretches for me. I think I like them because they're easy and they ALWAYS feel like they're working. But - MAN - you have gotta have a slightly masochistic edge to put up with them for long.

I have incorporated these into my routine this week, i figure I can't go wrong with DLD's stretching advise! Anyway, I do a little variation to help me with my "grip". I place my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] on my penis head, then place a pen in the opening of the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] metal attachment section (metal ring type for attaching the straps) for leverage. This allows me to really put some force into it and also helps with the grip. I then do the exercises as described. I am hoping this addition will get me over the 7" mark!

Love that idea. Have recently started the blasters and they have been kicking my ass. Grip and all. Going to have to try your [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] idea. Have to say the blasters have seemingly given me some new found length as well. So I think this may help me be better able to do them.
 
A-stretch/Blasters
I'm estimating half of the 1.5" I gained came from these.
I knew DLD was onto something when he kept pimping the A-stretch all the time.

It seems to be working well for me so far, good stretch. This is my second week, I am going to give this a month and see if I get any gains by using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] this way.

I had a hell of a time keeping the thing on me. Everytime when i would try to pull it would slip right off. Any secrets? Still like the idea. Might try it with the captains wench.

Not sure, maybe I am lucky. I have a lot of skin. Here is what I do in preparation:

1. Apply the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] as described.
2. Pull only to a decent stretch and hold. This allows my skin to "seat" itself in the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]. I gradually pull harder until I am comfortable that the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] is on good.
3. When I do the exercise, I pull outwards to a good stretch, but use my other arm to really enhance the stretch so as to not pull so hard on the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] directly.
4. Use can always try tapping the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] on, I have read that other people do this.
