No. Just try again today and if no blood comes forward you are all set. When I had this happen I took one day off and I was straight.

Hi Guys,

I would highly recommend it. However, I've started to get discolouring and don't want to keep missing sessions as I want the discolouring to go away. Has anyone got any ideas on what to do? that will work side by side so I can continue to grow.

Never have heard of discoloration with stretching exercises. Are you doing any girth work? If so what?

Have you tried the Apple Cider Vinegar fix?
