wassup ppls..im new here too, i kinda slipped onto this site from another forum, but now that im here im intrested...Ive never done any of this stuff before, but I would really like to get some mass on me if you know what i mean...Im 19 years old, measrements are 7.5X2.5...I would really appreciate any help, if you could post up pics of the exercises, or explain to me what some of the definitions are ('jelqing etc..) would be great, thanks and ill see u around,,,
