100 slow dry jelq's at about 90% erection with an extra 5 second squeeze and hold below the glans then...
10 supersets of dld bends with 30 second isolation compression squeeze on top of a desk... then edje and slap on 2 cable clamps one at the base the other at the ehad to make a clamped hrose 440 and have it on for 30-45 minutes then finally regain your erection and do wet jelqs about 350 of them
hows that for a mad gains workout
1.100 dry jelqs
2.dldbends supersetted with isolation compresison squeeze
3.horse 440 CLAMPenis EnlargementD
4.350 WET JELQS AND THROW IN SOME ULI'S

Well, it seems to be overkill. The 100 dry jelqs aren't a problem and adding a few things to that won't be much of a problem either. But once you start going into the 40-min constriction and the wet jelqs you're going way overboard.
 
JEEZ, dont clamp with the horse for 40 mins......10 mins should be enough.
ALso cut the dld supersets in half....try that and it looks alright.....if you also decide to go into constricters more often, and need a routine doing than goto my clamping forum and post for a routine and I'll make one for you man....but 40 mins in the AHS is overkill man, sorry to say....but it is.
 
You are a braver man than I.

I can under stand doin AHC for 40 min if you do a couple squeezes then release then tension, then clamp back up and do more. But 40min straight clamped is way too much.
 
I think, for myself, that 40 minutes total in girth work is perfect. I like to spend the first 10 minutes getting myself to a maximum state of expansion then work this girth in this expanded state for another 30 minutes. Anything more than this never really does anything more for me and seems like overkill. I can train length for hours and still feel like it is effective but girth is a completely different story.
 
foshizzle DLDnizzle lol dld, what do you do currently in your girth workouts(i know ur tkaing a 2 week break) and length workouts?? also when will you make phase 5 of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] with enw exercises such as constrictors, slow squash jelqs,supra slammers?

You are correct, I am on a break but when I come back I plan on doing the Phase 5 routine which brings us to your other question about what and when will be Phase 5. Phase 5 girth is going to be Slow Squash Jelqs, I will most likely have a WIDTH exercise too, not sure what yet. Length is still TBA, it may involve the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] I have not decided on a concrete routine yet. I was going to have it be a new superset but since I was not able to get Phase 5 up a few months ago I decided to change it as I was not making the gains I wanted with it. I will have everything organized by the time I am training again.
