wow im glad i tried this everyone should try to encorperiate some jelqing into their pumping schedule much much faster results and i even did some kegels now im just working on getting the new cylinder before next week when my gf is released from jail cant wait got the hitachi magic wand =] oh yeah and kegels are on point and using extenze cant wait any ways read my other thread the question one i need experianced pumpers oppion on my condition thanks
 
I think combining pumping with jelqing and stretching is really the way to go - I am already seeing results than just by pumping alone
 
This thread has opened a new door for me. I could never jelq before. I gave it a shot last night after using my new pump and it was a new experience but that session felt awesome.

Need to improve my flaccid hang so I will do pump/jelq routine for now on.

i've recently been getting into pumping mixed with jelqing though i am a bit stuck on finding a good routine that incorporates the two of them in an effective manner. can someone possible share their routine which incorporates these two? also, is it better to pump first -or- jelq first?
 
Yeah and superset your pumping with the jelqing so it would look like this for example:

Warm up jelq
5-10 min pumping
5-10 min jelqing
then repeat as many sets as you want. I usually do three
 
I do the following every morning and every evening

200 Jelqs
10 Minute low pressure pump
Stretches

Repeat times 3

Its worked well with gains and an improvement in EQ

In addition I am wearing a cock ring for most of the day as others have found this to help with gains.

Finding that happy medium is so important in Penis Enlargement and the thing is it is so specific to the individual. One guy can gain with no rest while another needs a lot of rest.
 
I thought it was a bad idea to wear cock rings for long long periods of time because it puts more strain on the penis? I thought the penis had to get a fresh breath of air every 30mins to and hr?
 
Based on my own recent experience using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] along with clamping, I'm finding that I get MORE tissue fatigue with pumping added. I clamp first, to pre fatigue the tissues and get them opened up, then use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I've seen guys talk about pumping first THEN doing whatever exercise, but I feel like that's doing it backwards....at least in my opinion. Open the tissues up from the inside out with blood pressure, then pump. That makes the most sense to me.

I wear mine for 50 minutes - then a break and some jelqing (25) then repeat as often as I feel comfortable - there are others on the forums who have gained by wearing a cock ring throughout the day.
 
Once more guys get into this the more we will have in feedback, so far so good.
 
I'm new to Penis Enlargement forums, I've been jelqing off and on for over 15 years without realizing it was a commonly practiced thing or even knowing what to call it and only recently got a pump to incorporate into the routine. It's been about a week now and really seems to be helping quite a bit with getting to the fatigued state. I do about 40 jelqs then pump for 10 min then repeat about 3 or 4 sets all while sitting in a warm bath.

So your starting size is almost 8", do you chalk this large size up to the accidental pe you have been doing?
 
Yeah I would say that the Penis Enlargement Ive done over the years is definitely a credit to my current size and what I considered my "secret" to superior size...although since I didn't have any routines to follow or new exercises to try I only Jelqed and stretched sporadically for these gains very slowly.
