I get so anxious to take out the ruler each and every session. Would measuring once every month increase some motivation? How do you guys do it? Thanks.

I personally try to avoid measuring as much as I can.
If I measure and see that I havent gained, its really disappointing and it makes me feel like all that hard work was for nothing.
I just tell myself to stay consistent and be confident that I will gain if I keep it up.
Thats just me though, I know a lot of guys measure every month or few months.

Good, I just threw mines away. Don't want any obstacle in my way that'll limit me P.Eing for my goal right now. Thanks.
I only measure when I think I've gotten bigger. If I'm doing a session and I'm thinking "Wow! That looks a tad bigger!" I pull out the measuring tape and get to measuring.
The more you measure the more you doubt your efforts. Only pull out the ruler or tape when you honestly think you've gotten bigger. If too much time passes and you don't notice any change pull out the ruler or tape. If no change its time to spice up your routine.
The quicker you realize Penis Enlargement is a slow process better off you will be. Maybe since I started weight lifting as a skin & bone toothpick that made understand the slow process of Penis Enlargement. For others this is something that takes time to sink in.

I measure my girth obsessively. I think you have to if you truly want to know your dick and how it's progressing. I think a better idea of measuring, that does not cause as much anxiety and obsessiveness is creating a model of the size penis you hope to have and compare it to your penis every month until you are there. No numbers involved, no stress, just simple.

Another way you could look at it is in terms of like a game. You need a certain amount of Penis Enlargement points to 'level up' or get to the next level. Another way to do it is get a solid routine going, then pick a date in the future to measure. I pick 6-8 weeks so there is enough time to see a gain but not too long so that if you don't gain you can adjust your routine. This way you kind of anticipate the measuring day and know how long you have left. This makes me put in that much more effort every session so I know I have put in my maximum effort in the allotted time to hopefully see gains on that day.
If you already have an addiction to measuring use it to your advantage and stretch against the ruler.
