Does anyone not follow a specific routine but just constantly work out in whatever way they feel? I think I'm going to do this, 2 hours minumum a day of hardcore pe. Pumping, stretching, of course all I can think of.

One thing though, you would have to have a sense of direction, you couldnt just pump once a month and expect it to do much. I am going to do alot of what I know how to do every day. Which I guess would just be a mondo routine but its going to be very mixed up and slightly random. Like maybe 1 hour of pump and jelqs/squeezes one day and then one day of hanging stretching with a jelq pump at the end.



DO not underestimate the power of a jelq pump jelq pump supra slammer pump jelq session!!! though I doubt anybody would.
 
I personally will follow a routine of some type until i die (If i stop, i won'tstart beack up), but that's just me, anyway, maybe the random workouts will change your rate of growth for the better. Seeing as how the routine is not consistent, I would expect that the results would not be either, but becaue your penis never knows what to really expect, i woudl assume you probabally aren't very likely to adapt to your routine, at least for a long time (which is very nice).
 
Lately I end up doing this out of necessity but I am definitely a person that needs structure. Mentally, I find it hard to stay consistent if it is not a clear, concise routine but I think there is physical implications also. I think that in Penis Enlargement, especially with length, repetition is important to contort the tissue to a particular angle.

I think variety is awesome as long as repetition is being delivered.
 
I try to hit all angles evenly as far as length and time but I know it is off time, that is why it is thrash. I don't count jelqs or pumpin minutes or hang time. If I payed that much attention I would not be able to focus on intensity. I should have stated that I use a natural sense of direction when attempting this like I did today. I have had good results, well not really but I fell fine.

Not permanent gains by any means but the after workout girth is incredible. I have definatley noticed an improvement regarding sex and vaginal tighness. Also, cable clamp plus a piece of rope and a weight is a perfect all day hanger. Take the rope and tie it through the weight. Now slap on the weight with the clamp and be on your way. Easy and effective. Cable clamps, yup.
 
I do in-consistant 'eggshell' routines, which can be on any type of daily basis such as 1 on 1 off, 2 on 5 off, 2 on 2 off etc etc rarely but used to be 5 on 2 off, 7 on zero off. They work well for me, I do what I want when I want. Always use lots of energy and intensity in my sessions, play death metal to my stretching sesssion and watch sexual stuff for my girth.
 
RED, do you really pull your cock that hard? Seems amazing to me. I've seen good gains for the time I've put in it, but I've sorta maybe hit a plateau and I look as though I'm losing flaccid size. Maybe I'm not pulling hard enough, but your description in that other thread seems crazy to me.
 
I just read it and replied with a post. Great thread. I am somewhat guilty of being timid and it makes me believe I need to pull harder. Check out my questions on the other thread and see if you happen to have an answer that helps me visualize what I should really be doing.
