At the end of my jelqs I added in 3 Supra Slammers* to top it off(*probably not the best exercise for starting back up again but I have gotten to know limits of my penis quite well over the past months) After my routine was complete I took a hot shower and washed off the vaseline, did some helicopter spins and massaged for a bit to get the blood flowing good. I should also mention that throughout the day I do around 100 standard kegels 4x25 and 25 slow with 5 second hold. So the next day I took off to heal rest from exercise and only did my kegels. The following day I did my routine again, and the another day of rest. This is where it gets good....today I woke up with an amazing erection like I have never had in my life. The consistnecy of my penile tissue was rock hard but it was different...it felt as if it had just completely relaxed itself and expanded to its true full potential. Later I watched some adult entertainment and once again, relaxed and fully expanded even my glans looked abnormally mushroomed, and the ejaculation to come was powerful and more intense and constricting in its pumps than I can remember it being ever! I'm not expert and I can't fully explain what is going on but at no point in my short pe career has I ever experinced such a change in my penis.
