I'm trying to get a good long term routine going. These Penis Enlargement excersises listed below all seem to be working pretty well. Just wondering if you see anything that I'm missing that may of worked for you? Thanks for your thoughts!

Jelqs (200+ kegal then slow squeeze with OK sign grip)
Clamping/Horse Squeeze (with 100% erection clamp base)
Pump (penis pump)

:: LEGNTH ::
Leg Tuck Pull (standing hold dick between legs)
On All Fours Tugg (with rope)
Hanging (with weight)
Internal Stretch (grip under balls)
Blasters (hold kegal then stretch)
V-Stretch (hold head and thumb press shaft with other hand)
 
Looks intense. If its working, don't mess up a good thing. Never heard of "Leg Tuck Pulls" If you made those up, make a thread and share your cool new exercise.

Only time change is good is when gains stop. Than think about adding more or changing something up.
 
Looks like an excellent routine. I am curious about the Leg Tuck Pulls too, what are they?

That thing looks awesome. I just received my Mueller "1-1/2 x3" pipe repair clamp today as suggested by kingsnake (for hanging) seen here http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?60049-Captn-s-Wench-hanging-hurts-!! I may have to go to the "1-1/4 x3" though.

The leg tuck pull is something I just came up with on my own but saw it given a name on Penis EnlargementGYM forum. Flacid I kegel and get my head (glands I guess?) big for a good grip. Then I grab right under my head with a underhand OK grip. Standing with my legs pretty much together I pull my penis strait down and slightly behind my legs. By squeezing my legs together some I'm able to keep a real tight continuis grip. I slowly move my hips forward and stand up more strait for a good 60 secs or so. Basically, im using the force of simply standing up more erect to excert more force rather than pulling with my arms (because the hand is locked in place between the legs). I get a real good stretch of the shaft and the pb ligament. It seems to work well until I can get this hanging thing down without the skin pain.

I got rid of the blasters (didn't do much for me) and added a few things.

Mandingo Stetch (twist dick apply force with wrist on PB)
Rotations (pull and rotate 360 degrees)
Base Busters (pull with one hand & stretch base ligs with other)

Notably the base busters seem to hold real promise. Pull strait out with one hand. With the other use your thumb and start from the very origin of your ligament where it attaches to the pubic bone (really dig in there!) and put lots of force on that ligament milking it a inch or two towards the head. But concentrate on the base area (no further). HUGE stretch here if done properly so use caution. Repeat all three sides (left/right/top).

I love a good bundled stretch so you may want to bundle a few of your stretches.

Maybe some skin stretches? Definitely kegels in the spare time coupled with edging. You may also like to do a bundled tunica stretch to stretch your tunica, seeing as you don't have a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]/ADS.

Thank you for the information. I'll have to read up on all those terms/excercises. I have no idea what most of those are.
 
Kegels is just tensing your prostate, i guess you know what they are already.
Edging is wanking until the Point Of No Return (PONR) at which point you kegel hard and prevent yourself from cumming. It helps with EQ and makes you last longer.
Skin stretching is pulling your balls in one direction while pulling your penis in the opposite direction. This will stop the skin reducing your gains and may well make your balls hang lower too.
Bundles are where you twist your penis and then stretch. It makes the stretch a lot more intense.
Bundled Tunicas are where you bundle your penis and then pull the top of your penis away from you and pull the base of your penis towards you.

Edging... that's how I have sex. Done that my whole life. Once had a girl friend for a few years. She and I would just sit there on the verge (edging) for an hour or so together every time. Best sex ever. Never to be duplicated again.

Yeah bundling is good. I rarely do unbundled stretched anymore. My dicks like a corkscrew now though. Maybe i need to start twisting the other way?
