I remember that Bib said something along the lines of you gain while you work while you are sore. Length can be gained from the ligaments and the tunica but girth gains come only from the tunica. My dick is pretty conditioned so it doesn't get sore(I'm only training girth right now) but what I use as a gauge is the size increase the in my erections the next day or X amount of hours after the workout. And then X amount of hours later it goes down to its normal girth. My question is do you think that for making good gains that you have to do your next session while it is somewhat larger? Is it worthless to let the size go back to normal before doing the next workout?
