The Penimaster is a joke.

Also, what kind of wrap are you using? Are you still using the little
black sleeve wrap that cam with it? If so, that could be your problem.
Also, have you tried dabbing the ends of the straps with water just a bit?
When I get ready to put mine on, I just stick the end of the strap in my mouth for just a second to dampen it a bit. They are much easier to tighten down that way.
Also, how much tension are you using? I wouldn't advise max tension for awhile until you condition yourself up to it. Just enough to keep you stretched out for awhile.
I wear mine for about 6-8 hours a day with no problems taking it off every hour or two just so I can get some circulation going and it not be so rough on my unit. I also use some awesome wrap that I got from another website that make wearing the PM the most comfortable as possible.
Don't give up yet! The PM is a great device but you really need time and patience for it to work. And, like a BIB hanger, it does take some tweaking and getting used to to find what is best for you.

You can use Velcro instead of the straps provided.

I guarantee it will not wear out. And it will not slip if you get it tight. Well, it sounds as if you are off to a really great start.
First, I would change wrap. You can buy the wrap I use from this website:

Plus, it also clings to your straps much better so there is alot let stress on the straps.
Also, you can buy some "scar" bandages(I forget the name of them right now) to put on the underside of your straps that cling great to the wrap I was talking about.
As far as your sitting positions, I think it is like Red said. It is a personal thing. You have to find what's best for you. I find it best for me to wear it straight down when sitting at my desk and straight up when I am standing or walking.
I think you came to the right place here to try and get some help with it. I have just started to use mine again on a daily basis and I am looking forward to it since I can't do my other Penis Enlargement workouts due to time constraints.

I had the strap break on me, and the base-but let me tell you, they have great customer srvice. They sent me a replacement and I received it in 11 days from Germany!

I have a [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Peni Master[/words], I had issues with my bands breaking or wearing out, so I use a wide rubber band and wrap it twice around the the 'band' after I have placed it snugly on and then clip the entire end unit into the two end posts, which gives a better stretch, then I twist out for even more stretch. I have talked to other guys who have used velcro instead of the wide rubber bands, however it works for me fine, I have not gone thru any more belts wearing out 'at all' since doing this, as there is no slipage at all..... 
Since they are 'large rubber bands' they are not too tight, so I wear it up to two hours, then pull it off for about 5 minutes to pee, massage, then back on, it's very quick, can do it in a stall at work, and I have gained over an inch in just 9 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words]. in length and girth. It's well worth the money to me. How do stop the PM from pinching your dick? Also when do you move up to the longer rods. How do you wear the PM with longer rods so that they stay in place and are not swinging between your legs. These are problems that I am having with my PM.

Hey All, I'm not new to Penis Enlargement but this is my first post! After a long break from Penis Enlargement (due to work and travelling commitments) I've just got back into Penis Enlargement. I really want to go for length and this time I decided I'd try using some "equipment". I bought the Penismaster, and I just picked it up yesterday. (I ordered last week (from MSP in Germany - 149€uros, and it arrived within a couple of days (I live in Spain) but I was away so I had to wait until yesterday).
The first problem I encountered was that one of the "holding straps" was split (I immediately sent an email, with photos, asing for a replacement, but as yet, I haven't heard from them).
The first thing I noticed is that it's NOT very easy to get the "holder" on: would be easier with three hands!.. I guess it'll get easier as I get more "experience".
I'm uncut, and I my skin (and muscle tissue) is quite "elastic".
At first I tried putting on the holder, pulling back my foreskin. This wasn't too bad after managing to get the "holder" on: but after a few minutes it just didn't feel like I was getting a good stretch. After the first hour or so, I took a short break and decided to add on a couple of centimetres to the "rods". This time it did feel like I was getting some kind of stretch. No problem. I thought I'd leave it that way for the time being. I ended up doing a 3 hour total stretch time in the morning and then another 3 hour total stretch time late evening.
Today, for some reason I just couldn't get the "holder" on comfortably enough, so I decided to put the holder on without pulling back my foreskin. It's more comfortable BUT the "stretch" seems very light: it's more of an "overall pull" of the shaft (no excessive lig stretch).
I've been reading the posts about using velcro instead of the holder. That might be the ideal solution for putiing on and taking off the "holder base".
