Wow there are so many exercises that train these 3 areas and many of them cross over as far as effectiveness. For TUNICA, based on Bib's LOT Theory, any stretching exercise that is higher than your LOT will be training the TUNICA. Keeping this theory in mind I personally like upward stretches found in PHASE 1 and upward Rotaries. Another consideration that I have not tried yet but sounds like it would be awesome is hanging OTS. Maybe Bib or Stillwantmore could shed some more light on this.

One of the crossover exercises I like that train both GIRTH, WIDTH and TUNICA are DLD Bends. Due to the rolling motion the TUNICA is getting excellent expansion along this line of pressure. I think this also helps expand the TUNICA horizontally so a wider TUNICA would be able to hold more blood and tissue hence increasing overall GIRTH and WIDTH.

My personal favorite GIRTH exercise to date is The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words]. I so these in super sets with Isolated Compression Squeezes and my temporary expansion is incredible. Again, any GIRTH exercise that creates maximum engorgement will not only increase GIRTH but it also puts stress on the TUNICA resulting in TUNICA gains. I love so many GIRTH exercises but I am reserved to thinking about GIRTH in a very basic way, MAXIMUM EXPANSION for every session, the vehicle to get there does not really matter as long as in works for the user. If it is jelqing, squeezing, ulis, ics, whatever as long as you are getting yourself to maximum expansion for a an extended length of time you will make girth gains.

Overall I like BASIC STRETCHING from PHASE 1 when it comes to TUNICA gains (and LIG for that matter) as this workout hits every possible penile angle giving the user a complete stretch workout. I am too paranoid to go with exclusive LIG stretches or exclusive TUNICA stretches, I feel safer when I cover all bases.

Mainly I think folks need to pick a routine they can handle, enjoy and that works and stick with it. Keep Penis Enlargement light and fun and settle down for a long journey.
 
Bundled stretches are great for tunica work. My favorite is bundled V stretches. Constrictors are my weapon of choice for girth.
