after reading all the pots on here lately as well as older threads and peoples opinions. i think there is a strong correlation to exceptional gains and this 4 hour mark. for example enlargement through prolonged erection for 4 hours, also BIB said that he thinks he could have made all the gains he did by hanging 4 hours a day. although this is not a new topic i definitely think its a relevant one in terms of massive gains in both length and girth. it would be cool if we could test this with some people who actually have this much time to dedicate to Penis Enlargement. ATM I'm managing 2.5 - 3 hours, but 4 hours + work +gf is tough!

Here's something I dont' understand. I have always gained girth more easily than length. With length it takes (me anyway) about 5 times the effort to see similar results ...usually smaller results on a monthly basis than for girth gains. When I average (averaged) 4 hours of total hang time as close to daily as possible, I could gain around 1/4" in length in a months' time.

When I clamp for 45-60 minutes a day, and on as close to a daily basis as possible, I can gain about the same in girth on a monthly basis. This may be due to the fact that when we're working for length, there is a set of ligaments involved that also need stretching. When working for girth, the ligaments are pretty much not involved, and it's mostly skin being stretched.

yep, in some uncontrolled circumstances. its called priapism, and cell death occurs because no blood flow is allowed in or out of the penis. what im talking about is 4 hours of pe a day, not necessarily all at once.
 
Would you be talking doing length and girth, like 2 hours each which is alot, or 4 hours of girth. I do about 2 hours girth, and want to add a 3rd in the next 6 months or so, maybe sooner.

Thats more than 4 hours. 4 hours of just hanging, well it would depend on how much weight, it's pretty fessible, it just gets so boring sitting of standing in one place for an hour. Anyway, most of them hanging/extender sites recommend twice that amount of time.
About girth, the most i've done is like 2 hours, gmember has been fuckin with like 3 and he claims he's still growing. I would imagine 4 hours of jelqing or girth in general would make you get a new girth expansion record, not to mention a well desirved nut:) Every day, the results would be sick.

ive never trained girth really, but i know 4 hours would be a collossal amount of time, and cant imagine anyone not gaining off it
 
A 4 hour girth session would render my penis useless for the rest of the day and possibly the next. Maybe every once in a while we need to expose our penis to that type of training. Certainly it shouldn't be a common occurance.

Hanging for four or more hours a day just "feels" right to me, too. Just something about it.
